The hotel is located near the station. It is very easy to get from Namba station in Osaka. A great option for staying if you need to be at the Kansai Airport early in the morning. The staff is very friendly and helpful, speaks excellent English if the guest does not understand something. As in other hotels of the chain, there is a paper crane at the head of the bed - very cute and authentic. The size of the room is quite comfortable. The bathroom is not big, but comfortable. To open the window, you need to ask the front desk employee. It is very convenient that there is a quick check-out option - just put a room card in the machine next to the elevator. I would like to visit Kishiwada again to go to Kishiwada Castle and Inari Shrine in Kishiki Shrine. And also to stay at this hotel again and try breakfast.

There was a long black and hard hair on the bed. Definitely not mine, because mine are short brown and soft.

Nice area, although relatively far away from downtown Osaka, but quickly reached from Kansai airport. Classic APA standards, always good for the price. In a small quiet street next to other streets with more activity.

Arriving at night, with no internet, I struggled a bit to locate the small street where the entrance is located, but it is mostly my fault. Just check well how to reach the hotel from the train station.

The hotel location is in a quiet street close to train station, shopping street, and the main tourist attractions. The staff, although not particular fluent in English, was very friendly and eager to help. The hotel buffet was also good. It is also close to KIX airport and suited us to catch an early morning flight.

The reception is on level 2 (luckily there is a lift), so there is not much foyer space for a group to meet.

I liked how the hotel had a lot of amenities on the 4th floor. It was very convenient to go to the in-hotel 7-11 and also the baths. The hotel was also very conveniently located, close to dotonburi and also had many subway stations nearby.

The rooms were a bit small and cramped, especially with large bags. But that's understandable considering where the hotel is located and the price we paid for the room.

Easy to check in and out. Location is near station. Very convenient overall. Room is ok for 1 person. Only wish that the pillow is soft and fluffy will be perfect.

Nothing actually. Meets all basic expectations. Although breakfast is provided but its pretty normal so don't expect too much

It is located near a fun and bustling thoroughfare. Also it's not far from the Bayside Mall, a grocery store, and many shops and restaurants. Many amenities are on site. A train station is very close by! I liked seeing Kishiwada castle.

Great location to quickly catch the train to the airport. Friendly and helpful staff and quiet location although close to a beautiful temple and convenient stores.

The room is not very big, but it equipped with all the facilities and especially the bathroom come with bathtub and all the necessity..in two sets for both gender . impressed.. The location is near to train station and some tourist spot.. Highly recommend for this hotel, value for money

Breakfast was great but would be nice If they have some juice .

It's near in subway station going to Namba.. transfer to Kyoto. Everyday cleaning.
