Clean rooms and delicious breakfast each day. Same breakfast of fresh smoothies, bacon/ham, eggs, bread, hashbrown and nice home made jams - but all good quality items. Location about 1km from the town but tricky to walk at night so better for grab car or scooter (easy to get). Staff are friendly.

Upstairs bed is a bit older and up a very narrow home-made staircase so not ideal for small kids. But easy to move the mattress down as the space downstairs is large.

Wonderful homestay made even better by a lovely owner who was so friendly and helpful, she made us feel like family 😊 stunning rooms and garden with a great pool area to relax, and delicious breakfast (one of the best we had in Bali - fresh juice, fresh fruit, rosti, real fresh bread, homemade jams, eggs and more - amazing!!) Rooms were very clean and beautifully decorated, with a great outdoor balcony to relax. Our kids also loved the cats (especially Floofy), they didn't want to leave 😁 We organized a couple of tours through here too - the dolphin watching was incredible, with a great boat captain who was very respectful of the dolphins and managed to avoid the crowds of boats - we also did a day trip to the waterfalls which was brilliant. Highly recommend!

It's a little way to the beach and restaurants, but there's grab food available or taxis/motorbike grab (which is super easy), and to be honest the beach wasn't that amazing anyway, so we were happy by the pool 😊

This place was amazing We were very happy to be here. The room in the garden is big and has a nice terrasse in front of the pool The ladies running the house were very nice and cooked perfect breakfast (my favorite so far). Fluffy made this weekend even better, such a ball of love, we can not get over him. We will definitly come back to meet again. This house really is for cat lover, i recommand it to people like us who are very into animals.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good with options for extras, and the cats were great! The stay gave options to rent bikes or motorbikes, which you will need to get somewhere.

The stay is in a sideroad/alley, which looks out on an unmanaged yard with some trash. You don't see it from the rooms, but will when you go out.

THE CATS. So sweet! Also, THE BREAKFAST. Best we had in our three weeks on Bali/Flores. Staff is great, super kind and helpful. The pool is super nice and the place is just so relaxing. Even though one of us was sick, we had the best time. Everything's super clean, rooms are cleaned very thoroughly dayly. And the ambiance is very nice and cozy. Thank you so much!

That we decided to go to a place closer to Lovina beach in stead of extend because we miss villa LumbaLumba already :'(

The villas are so nice and quiet and the setting was really beautiful. The rooms were so big and spacious, and I loved having a little outdoor area to relax throughout the day. The staff were so so lovely and breakfast was incredible!

Because the bathrooms are partially outside they can get a bit dirty quickly, but the rooms were cleaned everyday which was nice.

Beautiful and lush surroundings. I walked out of my room to a private and relaxing lounging area with cushioned seating. If I walked across the grassy lawn a few steps I’d reach the loungers under the blooming frangipani trees poolside. The breakfast area was in the garden as well. The morning meal of coffee, fruit, toast and eggs to order didn’t disappoint. There were staff members available for your every need 24/7.

Every thing was excellent. You get so much more from what you see on photos or read !! This is by far a 5☆ accomadation. Realy no need to look for another. Only 3 rooms are available. Therefore you have privacy, confy, homy enviroment and the most friendly ladies , Kaman no1 & no2 as they have the same name, will assist your needs. Booked for 10days and after 2 expetend for 7. We just loved it. Here in the north far from the touristy busy south, you can feel more the balinese spirit. Terima Kasih 🙏

The only real bad thing was that we had to leave.

Breakfast was great and freshly made, it incl. fresh fruit. The room and the bed was spacious and comfortable. There's a small fridge in the room that was refilled daily with water, beer, and other drinks for very reasonable prices. The outside patio area in front of the room was nice too, and we could order a fresh fruit salad during the day for reasonable price. The garden is beautiful, with a pleasant and clean pool. The ac in the room worked great, there's plenty of space to dry clothes, in the bathroom was a nice Indonesian anti mosquito spray. Nice Indonesian staff, worked as hard on the biggest holiday day , as on the other days. The owner is a Swiss lady and came by for a chat too.

We had the pool level room, which is nice and cool. However, depending on the season and the other guests, prepare yourself for limited privacy. The room is directly in front of the "sunbathing lawn" and a bit further is the swimming pool. We could clearly hear every conversation in the pool, lawn, kitchen, breakfast area ... so I guess they could clearly hear us too from our patio area. Same goes for our bathroom (shower and toilet); it is open towards the lawn/pool, so sounds travels both ways. If you're tall and in the shower, you have a clear view of the sunbathers (and vice versa of course). Warm water shower is limited,but that's quite usual in Bali. Breakfast earlier than 8:00 was not possible (we asked the owner,not the staff).

Villa Lumbalumba is a great place to relax! Either on your own cozy terrace or at the rather small pool. The accommodation is really clean and has enough space. Also the freshly made breakfast is delicious and the staff is nice. Moreover, you get good recommendations staring from where to eat, what to do like where to do a really good (!) dolphine tour and so on. Juli, the Manger was very obliging, he helped us with a lot of things like getting food or taking us to the ferry. We felt like home, probably also because of the cuddly cats, especially Fluffy :)
