Our experience was simply wonderful. The Aparthotel is easily accessible even with public transport. Once we got there, we were warmly welcomed by Fiona and Daniel, fantastic and attentive hosts. They were really kind and willing to help us as much as possible. From letting us back a breakfast lunch due to early departure, to giving us tips and guidance for safe exploration of the Dachstein region. The hotel is spotless clean and has a relaxing and respectful vibe. We hanged out in the spa area after a 17 Km hike and chilling there we just felt our souls coming back to our bodies. The cherry on the top was the dinner. Everything was absolutely delicious and crunchy. We could tell all of the ingredients had been locally sourced. Throughout the whole 17 Km of my hike, I dreamt of the burger I was having for dinner and it didn't disappoint. Even after the high expectations I had for it. The tiramisu was also creamy and yummy. All in all, we had a fantastic, comfortable, relaxing and delicious stay at Pfeffermühle! Looking forward to go back! ❤️

Great place for winter holiday, cross-country routs and tracks start in front of the hotel. Big and well furnished room, comfortable beds, large balcony. Super wellness and pool. Very friendly, helpful and carring owners, delicious food.

Very nice hotel with all the facilities you could wish. A big plus to the staff/owners of the hotel so pleasant and service minded!

A minus is that booking.com said that the hotel was located 15 km from Hallstatt, that would be correct if you go by helicopter, by car its more like 75 km. But this really doesnt matter so much if you go by car, its a funny road to drive.

Awesome location, directly in front of the Dachstein. Can't get much better. Staff is super friendly and all inquiries were answered promptly. I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, the sauna could have been a little bit hotter (or maybe it was just turned off at night)

A bit overpriced.

- Calm location on the hill with nice balcony view to Rittisberg and to Dachstein glacier behind the building (room 12, double room with king size bed). - Personnel was very nice and friendly and always providing great service. - We really enjoyed the breakfasts and possibility to eat on the outdoor terrace. - Sauna was turned on based on our request and heated to 90 degrees. - Lot of sunbeds in the garden with direct access from swimming pool and saunas

- Just tiny things - missing table on the balcony and pretty small bathroom in the room
