The location is everything. There is nothing that puts good feeling on any trip than people that represent the property. And we can say that from door attendee to concierge to restaurant stuff, all went far betting our expectations! We travel with a dog and they treated our furry baby like true guest. We can not be more thankful for such personal treatment. Restaurant setting is soooo romantic. We loved their oil and of course we had find space in our suitcase because how can we not take some of the experience with us. Also, it’s really nice to have space after exploring to share cold glass of wine in private garden. And again my little one was very very happy. Thank you.

The hotel is a small boutique hotel , beautifully decorated . The rooms are spacious and again beautifully decorated with a fabulous bathroom . The garden bar is relaxed and the roof top pool was welcome if the heatwave of June . However the best thing about the property is the staff who went above and beyond to be helpful and do everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible - even to the point of helping us with our broken down hire care , organising a replacement and packing the car at the end of our stay . Thank you to all !

There was nothing

The beds were really comfortable, that is the most important thing to me, as well as the fact it was very quiet at night time. The hotel is stunning and we would definitely reccommend. We loved the complimentary sherry and treats on our arrival. The bathroom was very spacious and well equipped. We loved the beautiful flowers in the reception area and the incredible decor throughout.

I prefer a good old fashioned kettle to a ciffee making machine, so must invest in a travel kettle! The roof top pool wasn't quite qhat we expected, more a tank above ground, but then it is a boutique hotel. Also no towels provided for the pool. The twin room was on the smaller side to what we expected and a small arm chair would have been good in the room.

Great location in Old Town, within easy walking distance to Cathedral and Alcaraz. Hotel beds were incredibly comfortable and our room was decorated and furnished to the highest standards. Palatial, you might say. We arrived by hire car and were greeted outside the hotel where the car was unloaded and garaged for the duration of our stay. I had called a few days prior to our visit to ask for this service and true to form, the hotel staff delivered. The hotel staff were helpful, pleasant and courteous throughout ours stay. I can’t imagine a more beautiful setting for a drink than the courtyard bar area under the old Jacaranda tree.

Surprising luxury accommodation in centre of Jerez old town, perfect location for visiting tourist sites, restaurants and high st shopping. This boutique hotel has been built to a very high standard of luxury and rates among the top 10% of hotels I have stayed in for style, luxury accommodation and service. There are so many small touches that make the stay memorable and show that they really understand how to delight their guests. They are part of a small group of hotels in Spain and I would go out of my way to stay here again and in their other hotels.

Nothing regarding the hotel but we found Jerez a bit strange! It has the usual tourist attractions of grand buildings, squares, churches and of course the additional Sherry bodegas as attractions but the old town appears to be stuck in the 1950s. The shops seem to still have the stock from that era and good restaurants/bars are difficult to find. May be worth another visit in 10 years when it might have moved a little into the 21st century

A lovely hotel, nicely decorated and furnished. Room was extremely comfortable and not cramped despite the huge bed, Bathroom was immaculate with a bath as well as a great shower. There were plenty of pillows, good toiletries, a decent hair dryer and hair straighteners. It was a perfect location to explore Jerez old town with all sights, great restaurants and bars very nearby. The staff were lovely and there was a very pretty garden and bar which was perfect for a pre or post dinner drink.

The hotel is listed as having parking but this is a valet service for which you pay extra. However it was super efficient and quite reasonable.

Wow and OMG! This hotel was one of the most beautiful rooms we have ever stayed in. The hotel itself and the room were just sublime. We didn’t want to leave the room. Breakfast was excellent though not buffet style. You choose what you want from a very generous menu selection. The place smelled heavenly. Staff were so friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The water and snacks as a check out gift were a very classy touch. I wish this company had more hotels. We will certainly stay in their others whenever it’s possible during our travels. Top notch!

We loved our time here.

This hotel was absolutely outstanding. From the first minute to the last, we were treated like royalty, and we felt like it in this beautiful palace. The room was huge and the bed extremely comfortable. Everything was luxurious and clean. The personnel extremely friendly. The breakfast was delicious. Our evenings at the outside bar were great - the bartender gave us a personal tasting of local sherries without even being asked. I would definitely go out of my way to go back, anytime I'm in the region.

Stunning property at the centre of town. The location is perfect in a lovely small town. Beautiful room - large bed, high ceilings. The New years eve dinner celebration was very good, the food and drinks served where exceptional. Staff where very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped arrange a private tour of a small local Sherry producer, and also our train tickets.

There where works underway to improve to the paving outside hotel. hopefully this will be completed soon.

Great location within walking distance of major tourist attractions. The hotel is beautiful and we loved all the little attentions like water bottles and treats in the room, the choice of amenities between 3 different brands and their amazing breakfast. Also loved the little goody bag when we left that included water and almonds for our continued trip.

Nothing really outside maybe adding pool towels either a the pool or in the room.
