I only stayed for one night to attend my son's college graduation. VERY PLEASANT LOCATION However, this location, is nice for a little quick getaway. My stay was very comfortable. It was very clean. It was accessible, easy location to find.

- Before I get into what I didn't like, let me start off with saying I am not a camper person. I'm not a woods person. So the one thing that I didn't like was the little flies flying in the bed in the room, and because I had an end room right by the trees and all of that. It was a lot of like moths and bugs and things that I saw at and on the door so going in and out the door was a fight in itself. - And sometimes it's hard trying to reach the staff. I just would suggest not having an end room....

It is a small house turned to an "Inn". I really liked the spirit of the house. The front door is on the main street of Roscoe. There was no staff members when I arrived, but an envelop was waiting for me with the key :-). The room was on the street front, I am a noise freak, but it was sooo quiet, I slept like a bear. There is no fridge, micro, in the room, but downstairs there is a nice kitchen with two fridges with plenty of room in them, micro, whatever you need. So I did enjoy my stay there, I'd go back!

The food snack area was great. I wouldn't call it "breakfast" like eggs and stuff but gave us just enough snacks options to carry on with our day. Coffee was good. The bedroom was plenty big enough for my partner and I and the dog. The proximity to places to eat was perfect.

Not really much complaints. TV in the room was small but we just needed it for some downtime priot to rest.

The greeting, comfort, and entire atmospheric place. Wonderful We were very happy to stay here. Very satisfactory. The courtesy was pleasant and excellent staff. Thank you Thank you very much. Next season we will see you again.

There was a mix up with my reservation as I thought I had requested a 1st floor room do to issues with going up and down stairs. No 1st floor rooms were available so I had to use an upstairs room in the main house. Marvin the owner told me he was in the process of renovating a first floor room in the other building and would try to have it ready the next day. Marvin and family members worked late into the night and through the morning to complete the work so I could move into that room. It is rare these days to find a place and propriators who are so willing to accomodate the guests and do everything to have their stay a pleasent one. I will absolutely stay there again

Walking distance to restaurant’s. Good location. Plenty of parking. Cute room. Easy walk in shower which I like.

Customers are noisy in the morning. Close to parking lot so you hear cars starting in the morning.

The staff went above and beyond

The main house needs some repairs and upkeep but the room was clean and comfortable

I booked a motel room online about an hour before I got there, but when I arrived, they didn't have it cleaned / ready SO they upgraded me to a nicer room in the inn (Rockefeller Room). The room seemed a bit dingy, but in a historic way, not a dirty way, if that makes sense. The bed was super big and comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful and big as well. I loved the huge windows, and was happy I was overlooking the parking lot so I could see my car in the morning. The wifi was fast. The breakfast spread was super great as well - great coffee selection :) I also loved that it was walking distance to a nice strip of restaurants in Roscoe, where I had dinner - the front desk guy gave me great recommendations. It also is right off the highway (highway exits and entrances in both directions). Overall, great stay.

I don't have any real complaints - the freestanding tub was a little difficult to get out of after my shower because I'm clumsy, so if you have balance problems, don't get the Rockefeller room. The only other minor thing is that because I was traveling alone as a young woman, it was a little spooky being the only one staying the night in a historic inn on a full moon, but obviously the only problem there is an overactive imagination.

I stayed in a two bedroom apartment. I thought it was great, very clean and quite spacious. It is in a small town with a great Italian restaurant. I loved having a walk in shower which I much prepare to a shower in a bath. They had plenty of little snacks and breakfast foods in kitchen along with a Kerig coffee maker. There is a small market conveniently located right next door at gas station. Although I did not not meet the proprietors, they were very gracious over the phone.

I should have looked more closely at the room description. FYI, The room did not have a hairdryer so I had to run out and get one. Since it is in a small town it was a bit of a drive to find one.
