The indoor water park was fantastic. Great slides and activities. The bunk bed room was a great layout and perfect for our family.

There is over a $150 worth of fees on top of your room rate. We were charged NY state and county tax twice. We know everyone is under staffed still so for food other than the water park was rough. Hour long waits for a table, not enough restaurants open to accommodate the amount of guests. Make reservations to dinner before you get there.

We arrived around noon to use the indoor waterpark before check in but when we went to the front desk they told us we could check into our room immediately which was amazing! I definitely didn't wanna have to wait until 4pm with two kids so that was a huge plus. The room was super clean and the beds were so comfortable it's prob the best night sleep I've gotten in years which is crazy since it's a family hotel with tons of kids running around the rooms must be sound proof bc I didn't hear anything from our room at all no doors closing or anything we stayed on the Yellow floor the hallway did smell like sewage but it seemed to only be on our floor (yellow floor) 5th floor however it was only the hallway the room didn't smell bad at all so that I can live with I also did a lot of review reading on all the indoor water parks in a 200 mile radius and it seems it's a common problem with these indoor water parks so it's prob not the hotels fault the game room was pretty neat and they had tons of games and activities the only thing I can really complain about is pricing my husband went to grab us two medium coffees from the coffee shop on the lobby floor and my daughter got a cold brew it cost 20 bucks and I wouldn't of really cared had they actually had stuff to make your coffee right all they had was sugar packets and milk no flavor creamer of any kind so basically I paid crazy amount for the hot coffees when we had free coffee in the room had I known there wasn't any sort of creamer I wouldn't of wasted my money on it i cant really speak for any of the restaurant's inside the hotel or game room area because we didn't use them but we did get a pizza from inside the water park and it wasn't crazy expensive now onto the water park inside the hotel it was awesome my kids 13/16 loved it we arrived on friday early noon and there was hardly any lines for the waterslides so it was super cool to get to go down bunch of...

Everything was awesome. The water park was clean and minimal lines for the slides. The rooms were beyond what I expected for the deal I received from booking.com. Definitely a top tier resort.

The only bad thing about my stay was that they had multiple dining places located on the resort. Unfortunately, I have a child with multiple severe food allergies (dairy, egg, and soy and they require an epi-pen) and there was nothing for my child to eat. So everytime we had to leave to get food. There's a Walmart, burger king, taco bell, and dunkin nearby (less than 10min drive), but that's still inconvenient especially if you're at the water park.

I had a blast, it was a beautiful place, and lots to do within the hotel. I had children of different ages.

I wish the staff at the gaming section were friendlier and paid attention to customers.

Beautiful facility, comfortable lobby, clean nice room, friendly staff, great water park, outdoor heated pool/ hot tub, the gym, fire places outside, pretty landscape. The Super Bowl on a big screen in the lobby. Cafe and ice cream place downstairs. All these were super.

The food is overpriced and the choice is limited. It was not clearly communicated when everything is open and when it closes. The restaurant was closed early on Sunday night. Only hot tub was open on Monday, while we expected the whole water park to be open. My daughter had a gymnastics competition on Sunday, we hoped she could enjoy the water part on Monday, but no one told us that only hot tub would be open,

Sparkling clean facility, good amenities, good vibes, well laid out in ways that make it easy to track children and keep them safe. Fun water park and arcades. Enjoyed the little low cost art activities in the morning, and lovely hiking trails. Easy check-in/check out and really appreciated ability to use water park before check-in and after check-out. Comfortable room. Overall a good experience, everyone had fun.

Seems understaffed with very kind but stressed staff. Food options were limited, especially for healthy snacks. Dinner options were expensive and mediocre, though family friendly.

I like how many things there was to do for families in one resort.

The king suite mattress was horrendous!!!! I thought my mattress at home was bad, but I was dreaming of going home and sleeping in my home mattresses after just 3 days!!! The mattress felt like a brick wall under our back- I had to take Tylenol before bed and after waking up. Also didn’t like that the water park was only open from 11pm-7pm- this made lots of people crowd there during that time. They should have it open longer for those who pay for the hotel. Arcade games are expensive and food is wayyyyy overpriced. My husband and I had the all you can eat buffet and it was $71 for some old 7:30pm chicken nuggets, mozzarella sticks and Swedish meatballs.

The workers , ( Wendy , Gloria , Sabrina) guest services , Matt in the Bixbys restaurant they all 4 went way above and beyond to make sure me and the family were happy and enjoyed our vacation . We will be back soon ! My only down fall was the lazy river being down ( they were working on it everyday ) but did accommodate my family ! We thank all of the workers ! Everyone was very warm and welcoming but these 4 people really stood out ! Thank you so much as we enjoyed our first vacation here !!

The room was very clean and quiet. It was a great deal with the water park tickets included and my kids loved the hiking trails on property as well. Also I thought the arcade and additional activities were pretty reasonable. Only $25 for 100 arcade credits which was a good amount of games/prizes for the kids. The water park had a really nice assortment of different slides/activities for all ages and there were NO lines at all!

The lack of restaurants was a big bummer. There was only one restaurant and it was pricey with a very limited menu. Also the water park was great but was soo loud in there! On top of the general water park noise there was loud music blasting the whole time.. it was very hard to have conversation while spending time with my family.

Very roomy, staff was very polite (not at the restaurants ), I like that the passes were included and that everyone had activities to do every day.

Pillow cases had tears, towels were stained, bathroom vent was extremely dirty, elevators were not cleaned often. Glass from the bar was left outside where children play, my daughter accidentally bumped into a table and the glass fell on her foot causing her to bleeding tremendously, the staff was good providing first aid.
