The accommodations was outstanding beautiful breakfast the rooms was clean I request was answered and a timely manner and my grandson and son-in-law came up from out of town and they enjoyed the accommodations and the hotel in the pool and the pool great my great-niece had a wonderful time she did not want to leave my grandson didn't want to leave I didn't want to leave because it was so beautiful and nice and everybody was friendly and they are still like we were at home even the guests there were friendly thank you so much for your undivided attention and accommodating my family from out of town I appreciate it we shall be back once again everything was awesome

What I didn't like the most is leaving

The service was outstanding very helpful I'm one that's in a wheelchair and staff always was willing and ready to help me and assist me in whatever I needed help me prepare for breakfast just all together perfect wonderful great I'm going to always come here thank you guys very much felt like home I don't want to leave ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

But I don't like his that I have to leave all this love that the staff have for their guests and concerns that's what I don't like that I have to leave

The staff were amazingly healpful and the woman I talked to on the day shift really knew the aria. Breakfast was very good even the coffee was surprisingly tasty (I used medium strength myself).

The only 2 issues I had was the toilet was very low and the space was small me being over 6 foot tall I felt very uncomfortable. The other was the door needed to be pushed closed as it looked like it was damaged along the top (I was in room 210).

The breakfast was really good with lots of choices. The location was great, right near Routes 17 and 17B. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The staff was very personable. The beds were comfortable, and the shower worked well.

The heater maybe worked a bit too well, but we set it at a lower temperature and that helped. The sink was right near the beds with little privacy for toothbrushing and the like.

The staff are AMAZINGLY friendly and courteous. The property was clean and neat. Breakfast was hot and tasty with several choices. They had games that could be borrowed for something to do in the room. There is an INDOOR pool and new gym equipment in the workout room.

It could use a little bit of TLC and paint to update, but it was neat and clean.

This place was basically awesome! The staff were the nicest people. The breakfast was fresh and easy to get what you want (coffee was so-so). The bed was so comfortable, sheets soft, wished I could bring it home with me!

The fan in the bathroom was way loud (I like the "privacy" idea, but this was more); and the Air conditioner seemed to take too long to go from cooling and back to cooling again (if that makes sense?)

Liked the convince an location for attending a Bethel Concert. It's within a 10 min drive . There's several eatting establishments next door pizza, family restaurant gas stations for quick snacks unfortunately after the show all were closed we had drive to the Racino to eat . The rooms were plain simple an clean. Nothing to brag about for the price for an overnight stay.There is a nice bkfast available from 6 to 9 am waffles bagels muffins cereal coffee n juice however couldn't find any hot water or tea bags so quick drive down the rd to dunkin doughnuts for my caffeine fix.

The staff was friendly and the place was clean. We did not use the pool, but it looked nice. It is indoors off of the lobby. The fitness room was nice, but I was cold there so did not stay long. There were laundry facilities and I observed people using the machines. Breakfast was fine. I would have liked the coffee to have been open all day. It was on all day, but I was told that the room was closed. The grounds were nice, and I had a balcony room, which was pleasant to sit on. There is an Italian Restaurant next door which was good (closed on Sundays), and a Diner next to that, which was good. The hotel's WiFi was good and the television had many channels. The bathrooms worked fine, had ample hot water and the shower's water pressure was good. There was a refrigerator and microwave in our room.It is not a fancy place but, was more than fine for our two day stay. We felt comfortable, safe and happy.

There is nothing that I did not like. I would have liked the coffee to have been accessible all day, but there was a coffee maker in the room.

Kat, the night manager, greeted me, checked me in, then went above and beyond helping me carry my things in from the car to my room, helping me figure out how to work the tv. The morning folks were nice too, helping me with a gluten-free breakfast. The room was lovely, clean, and comfy. What more could you ask for?

Liked there was pool, sauna and spa tub. My husband was happy. The location is great. Next door are two restaurants. Not far from a casino. Great to have a breakfast that is more than a piece of fruit, muffin and container of milk or juice in a bag.

The bed(mattress) was not comfortable. The toilet felt loose from the floor. The spa faucet needs checking because it was going all over the tub. Need a light above the spa tub area and hand rails to help you in and out of the tub.
