It’s convenient, clean, comfortable and well appointed. I was returning from a conference in Boston and the bed here was so much more comfortable than the one in the high priced hotel in Boston. Full cable channels so I could watch anything, refrigerator, microwave, desk. The bathroom is modern and well appointed. There are windows opposite each other so I could open them and get a nice breeze and fresh air. There is a dinner next to the property that opens at 0700 and has an extensive menu. It is near the highway but I found the noise minimal. I highly recommend this property. The staff is lovely.

The inn was very very clean, beds were great, loys of pillows, and the owner went above and beyond to help us as my ftiend and I are disabled! We ordered takeout at a l9cal restaurant who delivered to the inn, food was wonderful but it came with no utensils. We called and asked at the desk of the Inn if they had any plastic forks or knives.The owner came down to the room with them herself so we didn't have to walk up to get them! She also saw me struggling with all the bags when we checked in, as my friend couldn't help me at all. She came and helped me herself! The location wasn't great for us, but it wasn't the fault of the inn, the things I had booked were far away, but it was my mistake! As far as the area, its beautiful and Milford has cute shops and lots of eateries within the town....lots of farmers markets and historic things to look at and tour. Thank you to the Scottish Inn for making our stay so comfortable!

Great price and convenient location to Rte 84, grocery store and diner. Very comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean. Appreciated there was a microwave and refrigerator/ freezer. Staff were very pleasant and courteous.

Would have liked to have had fresh coffee in the reception area available with cream. But the place worked perfect for the price and location convenience. There was a small single cup coffee maker in the room with powdered creamer available.

Scottish Inns is a very well kept motel with some hotel touches such as coffee machine, microwave and good sized fridge. It was extremely accessible, convenient to everywhere - central Milford, the highway, the commercial zone and in particular to the Village Diner. The diner is literally right next door and has great food, American and Greek. Scottish Inns also had the dark curtains to enable folks to sleep I, which we very much needed to after a long drive. All in all, our stay at Scottish Inns was excellent.

There was nothing we did not like, bit note if you are sound sensitive, keep the front window closed.

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Mini fridge and microwave in room. Decent diner in easy walking distance right next to the property.

While the property seems generally well-maintained, it felt a little stale. The windows in the bedroom and bathroom were open and the A/C was off when we arrived - temps were mid 80’s, so it was unexpectedly uncomfortable (fortunately the A/C cooled the quickly).

The staff were very personable and welcoming; the heater in the bathroom was an amazing feature; the bed was very comfortable; the microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker were all immaculate. For that matter, the entire room was immaculate: the floors, bedding, shower and counter space!

I would have liked a spare blanket in the room, and would have liked more snack options in the main office.

The bathroom was bigger than many other hotel rooms I have stayed in! Plenty of hot water for a shower and pristine white towels. I liked having a microwave and frig in the room. The bed was comfortable. When I had trouble turning the TV on, help was available within minutes and the problem was solved quickly. The room was immaculately clean.

The door had a bolt lock, but I wish it had a third lock like a chain/bar lock.

All the cleanliness awards really put me at ease! I also liked how small and personal everything felt and that she was selling waters at the counter for only a dollar!! It was very convenient.

The whole place seemed a bit old and the doors were swelling in the heat which made them difficult to open but other than that it was good!

We drive across the country from our home near Dallas to northeast Maine. This area is one of the stops we make. We have stayed at this Scottish Inn many times. While it is an older motel, it is updated, clean, and quiet. It is very convenient to I-84 as well as restaurants and shops in Milford. The Village Diner next door is a perfect location for breakfast. It is everything we need for a one-night stop.

My wife was looking up hotels because we would be traveling to the area and found Scottish Inns.we booked at Milford, N.Y. On our Trip we actually passed one of your locations in the Baltimore, Maryland area so we kinda had a idea on what to expect of at least the overall look of the hotel in Milford . Rooms was better then expected and the rate was better then expected, very reasonable , I would rate this Scottish Inn with 4 1/2 stars.
