If you're in or near Roscoe, this is an excellent place to stay. Lovely owner and manager, beautiful space, relaxing rooms, and excellent communications/ offers to help if anything is needed. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, it is rare I can say that when staying someplace. The bathroom sink in the Grey room is very small, but that's not a big deal to me. There's a spacious shelf above it to put things. So many extra toiletries, should you need, they are already in the bathroom for you. They offer great breakfast options: homemade, from local businesses, & excellent coffee options. Highly recommend.

It is centrally located. The town has its own charm. The management gave us the opportunity to check in early to work. Everything was really good. The place is clean and quiet.

Maybe a place to hang a dress that is not in the bathroom would be an added value to the room we stayed.

Beautifully appointed bed & breakfast conveniently located near Roscoe restaurants and nature hikes. We enjoyed the food service and Sonia is a very helpful and lovely host.

The front bedroom is not very quiet due to street noise, but the other rooms are quieter.

The place is super charming, and they allow dogs. We couldn't have found a better place to stay. Also, we did the (vegetarian) Supper Club prix fix meal, which was not only excellent but really fun because we got to meet some of the other guests.

I wish we could have stayed longer!

The place is spotless, beautifully decorated and they thought of everything for your stay. The breakfast was delicious. It’s wonderfully quiet here. Coming from the city this was the absolute perfect getaway and I will definitely be back.

great - just what we wanted

maybe not an issue for most guests but my wife got a reaction from the pillows/ pillow cases on the bed (dust mites?) and ended up losing her voice - had to cancel her patients today (psychotherapist).

Right on a road but not much traffic overnight. Homemade dinner was excellent. Really liked the décor. Breakfast options were good.
