Food was great! The facility itself was clean & inviting

One drink was $22 & it was weak! No live entertainment No room service

Dario, who greeted us upon arrival was very friendly and knowledgeable! The front desk staff was helpful as well and was much appreciated! Our steak house experience was excellent and the meal was delicious! But there should be more restaurant options to choose from! Didn’t get to use the pool this time but facilities are great!

It was a little confusing about how to play a round at the Concord! Awesome course but didn’t realize you had to go to the Adler to pay for the round! Sports betting lounge was nice but they should have coffee at the bar area. Also maybe get a little better quality wine selection besides Berlinger!

Everything is in one place which makes it super convenient. Staff are helpful and friendly. Hotel room was clean and beautiful.

The only thing is with the restaurant Dos Gatos. They had to cut their menu as it was a super busy weekend. Which is not their fault. But I highly recommend eating there. The food was delicious.

My room didn't get cleaned during my stay. I was told later I wad supposed to request it... The soap was closed and I couldn't get into the steam room.I was very much looking forward to use the steam room and the spa The casino was mot interesting for us

Large rm, comfortable bed , big windows with nice view! And the non smoking is great!

Don’t think the resort fee should be be charged. You are making a lot of money off the gambling. We did not use the pool. It looked cloudy. And I didn’t see anything else that would constitute a fee. The Mexican restaurant was horrible, had the worst quesadilla, threw it in the garbage.The other restaurants were ok.

The resort is very clean and modern. The front desk was really nice and upgraded us to a king suite for our anniversary! The room was huge and really made our stay! We had dinner at Cellaio, which was excellent!!! Highly recommend! After we dinner, we gambled a little and listened to the DJ on Sat night. Vibe was fun and relaxing.

The waiter at Cellaio was nice but I felt the bartenders could've been a little bit friendlier.

Ease of check-in, was met with a capable, professional at the front desk. Room was clean and comfortable.

Entering the property through a loitering, smoking group of people. There should be a designated area for smokers someplace other than the entrance. It totally diminished expectations and makes a reductive first impression.

The shower is an accident waiting to happen. It is modern and clean. One problem. If you are standing under the shower and wish to change the water temperature or shut it off you have to walk to the other end of the stall ,on a wet slippery tiled floor, to do so, If your sitting on the built in seat, it is right there. But you are not under the shower head. I realize that this can't be change without going through a big plumbing project.

The hotel was nice

The room carpet was dirty with stains and there was no microwave. The room tables and lamps need to be updated. The lamps were flicking when turned on. It was very annoying. The vanity lamp was very dull to do makeup with. And the water wasn’t that hot in the shower.

Its a decent size room that accommodates our stay.

There is no room service for food we have to pick up food from the stores downstairs. The room is not properly cleaned and it’s hard to communicate with housekeeping who can only understand english and mostly Spanish.
