Villa Roma is a beautiful place with entertainment available every day, all day, for people of all ages and interests. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The views are also lovely, the room nice and clean. July of 2025

A lot of sports equipment was worn and visibly damaged

So much to offer all ages, great for families.

The wait time for food at the cafe restaurant the first night was ridiculously long, like about an hour and a half and we had 13 hungry kids. They said they were understaffed but we didn’t even get a menu for the longest time. Our friends at the next table said they waited an hour to get their drinks. It didn’t seem overly busy and they had a few people working. The second night was much better.

The front grounds are beautiful as was the lobby. Staff was very courteous. Rodney was very friendly in taking my luggage to room day I arrived and day I left.

The included breakfast was not to my liking. Pancakes were dry and coffee was awful. If I wanted to get anything at store in lobby, could not use cash. Very inconvenient. Hotel could use an update with rugs, walls need fresh paint and rooms need updating with walls and rugs. Rugs are stained. Phones did not work.

We were impressed with our time there. We loved all the activities and relaxed vibe. Gus in the dining room was wonderful. Loved the Italian heritage presence. It was a pleasant surprise.

Some cosmetic updates might be needed. Pool bar frozen drink machine down

The rugs in the hallway was very dated, spot everywhere. Is time to changed.

Free breakfast buffet was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Resort needs repairs. Rooms need updating. Gardens need attention to weeds.

We liked many things about Villa Roma. We enjoyed delicious food, great entertainment, comfortable rooms. Main room (Roxana and Thomas-Table 15) and Lizza. They were so polite and doing their best to make our night special. We especially enjoyed magic show with Tom and “Got Talent” on Tuesday(Pride for our country and amazing entertainment). There is so many pluses that we enjoyed. Play room (Both adults and kids love it), bouncy room, dancing the night away and delicious drinks at a bar. Big shot out at Doc. He kept people entertained. Front running “Got Talent”, to Ping Pong (Mike said hi), to great entertainment on a pool lawn.

We were first timers at Vill Roma and had no idea about the food or anything else. Every time we asked for help at a front desk (mostly females. Lisa and G.. they were rude). Once I told them about the issues Lisa was nice and very helpful. I understand every place is short on stuff now but listen to clients and it’s will leave great impression. Please check play room. Many times games have errors and not working. Sometimes jackpot doesn’t give points and dirty. Please add cups for coins.

Everything was told up front. If you needed anything they were promt about bringing it. They had shuttle service. Very polite. Cge king in was sumple.

Who had driven out there and although we had checked in, due to unforeseen circumstances we were unable to stay the night. The facility was clean and there seemed to be plenty of activities. My biggest compliments go to the staff, specifically Hope at the front desk and Manager Steven both displayed OUTSTANDING customer service. They were very attentive and understanding, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the staff at this resort. I am looking forward to returning to enjoy a stay at the resort.
