This Hotel was beautiful.We had a great experience as a family.The staff was friendly the room were spotless, the bed was clean and comfortable. The amenities was great. Nice gym and clean pool. My daughter really enjoyed the pool. The breakfasts was great and many selections like scramble eggs, pancakes bagels coffee and tea. The location was great! Walking distance to Marshall Old Navy, Walmart and Shop Rite. We came to visit Kartrite Resort Indoor Waterpark ,what it was about 6-8 mins drive from the Hotel. If a may suggest to have a clock in the pool! It was uncomfortable to come out from the pool and check the time on my phone and go back to the pool.

The front desk management and cafeteria person were super nice and helpful. Everything our family needed was there: a fridge, coffee, a nice, new and shining bathroom. Cosmetic products were ecological and free from parabens. The place looked new. Real breakfast food and coffee was excellent. Easy to find location. The neighborhood is quiet and the noise level is low. The pool is small, would be great for smaller kids.

The beds were too soft like for my liking, but if you like it soft, everything else was great.

The staff. While everyone we saw was helpful and friendly, ANGEL at the desk was especially helpful--when we were checking in, the computer did not show our reservation--Angel was able to solve the problem very quickly. And the next evening, after we had checked out, he found my jacket that I had left behind! And all in a nice, friendly way.

Just a suggestion: there were a lot of Orthodox Jewish people at the Hampton....could there have been more kosher food at the breakfast?

The breakfasts were exceptional! There were plenty of choices and the few changes on out third breakfast made breakfast even better! The staff was friendly and helpful in suggesting an Italian restaurant to try. When we were leaving for the restaurant, Glen said just follow him as he goes past it on his way home. He took us right to the parking lot! The restaurant was excellent and we received a 10% discount by showing our Hampton Inn room key! Glen couldn't be any friendlier and he sure prepares a great breakfast! This Hampton Inn was super clean and well maintained.

The only thing we didn't like was the weather. It made it harder to get around to different places we visited, but the weather improved each day we were there visiting Resorts World, Monticello Raceway, 3 Hammers Winery.

We were transferred to their sister Best Western Hotel as the Hampton Inn was overbooked. They said they could not Get payment from my credit card however the Best Western had no trouble. The story about the credit card failing was unnecessary and untrue.

The Best Western was very good in all key aspects and the reception staff were fantastic

Very clean. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Like having an indoor pool though it was pretty small. Close to stores and restaurants.

Unhappy with early check-in upcharge. Not like the room wasn't ready and available. Elevator was loud. Could hear it beeping from our room. Would be awesome if they had decaf on the coffee cart at night instead of only at breakfast.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the warm pool. The service was top-notch. We will definitely stay here again next year. Thank you!

I was satisfied with the hotel except for one issue. I paid in cash, and I was required to leave an additional $300 deposit. This was not mentioned anywhere in advance.

Had a convention at the Kartrite Resort Fri thru Sun, was way too expensive to stay there. For the price and size we needed, the Hampton Inn was perfect. Room was clean, staff was kind and respectful.

The only downfall was the watermane break that happened - could not shower the entire stay. The water had a strange smell to it although it was told to us that it was safe to shower. I know there was nothing that could be done but it was just a huge inconvenience.

The breakfast was good and great selection. Most importantly the attendant went beyond guests needs and very friendly. My bed and pillow were perfect and I slept like a baby. I must of because my friend that shared my room told me the thunderstorm wakened her and I never heard it. I utilized the beautiful fitness room, lots of equipment. Quiet room was a pleasurable stay. Front staff was friendly as well. Would definitely come back again.

The only thing I can come with and that I noticed first about the room was the same sliding door for the closet and bathroom. I happened to be putting clothes in the closet, at the same time my friend came out of the bathroom and I was hit by the door. If one wasn't paying attention, you can get wacked with the sliding door.

This was without a doubt the cleanest motel I have ever stayed in! The housecleaning people do a amazing job. Beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast was great! This was the best choice for us very happy.👍

Nothing all was great. And the motel was in a wonderful area with all the stores around it was a nice walk to them
