The staff was extra friendly, place was clean. I had a very good experience. Loved the entertainment and the food. I will be traveling in a few weeks back to that area. I will be sure to stay here.

The hotel was lovely, is definitely outdated but it still did its purpose and the room was very comfortable as the bed as well. The views around the hotel are beautiful. We enjoyed our stay.

Like other reviewers have mentioned, it was likely gorgeous in its prime. It has a Grand feeling + ballrooms, and is close to nature preserves and activities.

Repairs are definitely needed as the elevator buttons were barely attached and didn’t move well or reliably. The carpet in the room definitely needed a shampooing, and the furniture was worn. You also need a vehicle for dining purposes.

It is beautiful area, nature, park. Nice view from 7th Floor. Very friendly staff at the reception. Good Parking lot. Not bad to stay for 1 night.....

Everything is under construction but the hotel is working. No breakfast, NO SPA. Bad carpets smell all around. And the smell of marihuana :(((( all around.

The room was large with a comfortable bed.

This hotel seems to be past its prime. A lot of repairs are needed on the outside and around the grounds. It is also not located near anything so breakfast was a bit problematic. I hope someone rescues this place. It could be quite lovely.

nothing worked the first day we stayed the elevator was broke no tv no service in room the second day we stayed the elevator started working again and the tv started working

Location was the only plus to our stay

The facility was run down and not clean. Unfortunately there were no other hotels in the area and we had to stay. The water was brown. There were chips on the floor near our room upon arrival and we’re still there the following day with more garbage. The was very rundown. It was surprising.

The entire facility was in need of a major upgrade. Stained carpets, moldy smell in gym and pool area, gym equipment in very poor condition and filthy, water stains on the ceiling of my room, apparent masking tape on ceiling corners, rooms smelled dirty, double pane windows filled with moisture, stains on the walls, elevators in poor condition. Does the New York State Health department ever inspect this property?

Smelly, Dirty, Outdated!! the room was disguisting!! Stained carpet and drapes, holes in the wall. Walls and windows were gross. Two inside locks on the door were broken. decorated horrible. I didn't feel safe & secure. there were bugs in the tub. the gym smelled like mold & random equipment was thrown all over. an accident waiting to happen. We couldnt go swimming, pool was old, smelly, dirty and gross!! My friends and i paid $150 each with tax. And this was my birthday weekend! YUCK. Place should be closed down and I should get my money back. So, so, so dissappointed. My friend got bad headache & triggered allergies from the horrific musty, moldy, yucky smell. The health dept. should be visiting this place and we are so disaapointed that you recommend this place. Linda
