They have clearly prioritized the rooms when investing. While the lobby feels dated and the elevators are definitely old, they achieve what they need. My room, however, was bright and clean and quite lovely. The location is good, a short walk to the train station and a short walk to the main attractions and restaurants.

Breakfast was fairly basic which was fine, but finishes at 9am which felt quite early for a vacation. If it would go even an hour later to 10am that would be great as it would allow the morning to be more leisurely.

Room was spacious and had enough pillows that were not limp. They provided us with a cot with sheets which we appreciate very much. We'd like to commend the long hair bearded guy in the reception, he's given us exceptional service even offering us pancakes for our wee one. He was very helpful.

Nothing really, you get what you pay for and everything was sufficient. Location is perfect.

The studio apartment which I stayed in, was completely newly renovated to a very high quality with very good finishes and equipment. Excellent value, super clean, very good staff, excellent comprehensive breakfast choices, approximately a five minute walk to the famous castle which is the center of the old town, absolutely a fantastic choice! Plus, private parking on site in the hotels private lot, for a very reasonable fee.

I loved absolutely everything about my stay.

Good Location. We could walk from there to the city and meet our friends. Easy access and a good breakfast. good bed and clean shower. Laid back and quiet.

No kettle in the room to make hot water, you had to go down in the hallway and bring your cup with hotwater up to your room. You have to pay 160 Kr to use the Hotel private parking up the back or use a public parking place.

The room is big and bright with a nice big window and nice comfy TV. I was also happy to see that there was a small kitchenette next to the bed with a microwave and kettle and a fridge.

I think the cups in the toilet can have covers and the shower gel and shampoo can have better labels. The light/fan remote was not working when we got the room so I had to fix it myself to make it work

Very good breakfast. Private (pre-bookable at extra cost) parking at rear of hotel. Very comfortable beds. Room newly renovated and very clean, including bathroom. Helpful & friendly staff

Electrical outlet in kitchenette for kettle not available. Lifts were very rundown & dirty-looking from inside. Room was facing noisy street

We stayed two weeks as we were visiting family in Orebro. The staff were exceptionally helpful. They were constantly trying to help us in any way they could. Location is brilliant, just a short walk to the city centre and old town and very near the train station and car hire Sixt. A convenience store across the road. We were delayed getting to Orebro and were going to be too late to check in. They worked with a family member to check us in and have the keys ready. That family member waited for us in the lobby and had a very young baby and they gave her coffee and biscuits while she waited for us to arrive and made her feel very welcome. It was very hot when we visited and the room was a little warm at night but as soon as we mentioned it they rushed and got us a fan. Not only that they told us they cleaned up a lovely outside terrace on level 1 for us to sit in so we would be more comfortable. Amazing & thoughtful service. A lovely area. This stay was after a month of very busy travelling and we were a bit tired and sometimes i got to breakfast just before closing at 9. They insisted I not worry about the time and still help myself to breakfast even offering to cook more eggs. I saw this happen with a few people. That would never happen in the big hotels! The owners have some family working there and it shows. Everyone is so friendly & focussed on the guests having a good experience. It's not your big 5 star hotel but it's very good value, well run and for us felt like the perfect base in Orebro. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great location, close to the train station. Convenient for a stopover from Örebro Airport. The room was clean and facilities were fine. Good breakfast and coffee. Communication was good, I was given the codes for the door and the keybox well in advance since I arrived late at night. Good price for facilities.

Hospitable and friendly staff. Breakfast was superb... lots to choose from, different types of breads to suit the palate, as well as dietary needs. Free beverage throughout the day... in the foyer. Clean sheets/towels at hand, if needed. My room got a little cold, the staff (owner) responded quickly, by lending me an electric heater for the duration of my stay, which made my stay comfortable. As I was staying for a week, the staff upgraded my room.... which contained a fridge, and a kitchen area, I was able to prepare food within the room, cutting the cost of having to eat out. Beds were comfy... slept well!

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

I was abit skeptical after reading some reviews but the hotel was great! Big room with huge window looking out into the courtyard, Big TV, Good shower and very comfortable bed. 5 min walk to the castle and bars! The gentleman on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. Also let us keep our bags in the hotel the next day whilst we explore before our flight home. People also complained about the old school lift, i loved it ha!
