Dinner was excellent. The chef is very good and really exceeded our expectations. Also impressed with the breakfast. The young lady who attended to us at dinner/reception was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. A credit to your organisation.

The silicone at the bath edge had a gap in it. This should be removed and then replaced with a good quality alternative but it must be done while the bath is full of water - to prevent it happening again. Basic, but important as it looks unsightly and will cause leaks if not attended to.

Good room, clean, tidy and spacious. Pretty much everything I needed. Good location with chippy right next door and convenience store just opposite and co-op up the road. plenty of parking, pretty big hotel with lots of rooms.

No door signs to let know if you need service or to be left alone. If I am staying somewhere for just one or two nights I prefer not to have someone come in and remake my bed etc, I like to find things how I left them. On this occasion I was lucky enough to nab the cleaning lady who very kindly accepted my request and just provided me with more milk. Pillows very uncomfortable, too hard (as have been in most other hotels I have stayed at lately) Breakfast option would have been nice but way too pricey at £15 when all you may want is a bit of toast with an egg on it!

Evening menu very exspensive , especially as there is a hungry house pub across the road, which I'm sure most people use, perphaps a meal deal option for residents at more reasonable prices. For one meal at the hotel u could get two across the road, even a small bottle of water was£2.80, where in the room guide it was suppose to be 50p a bottle.

The property is clean meet all your needs , plenty of parking . Staff could not be more helpful. We had an issue with the mattress in our room , we were immediately moved to another room which had recently been refurbished. Breakfast is lovely good choice . Two members of staff one called Marina unfortunately I failed to get the name of the other staff member ( she was on shift Friday 21 st March ) with Marina , went above and beyond very friendly very helpful all in all a lovely stay .

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was limited hanging space for clothes but as this was a 1 night stay only this was not a problem. The location was perfect for visiting the surrounding area and there was enough parking spaces. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and helpful. The tasty breakfast was cooked to order and I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fine so I can't think of anything except that the restaurant is not open on Sunday evenings. This was not a problem as there is a pub directly opposite where you can eat, but it may be worth noting as others may not want to go elsewhere.

Staff friendly and helpful, supplying extra pillows. Chef made me a special meal (not on menu) as I have an ongoing health problem. Nothing too much trouble and the position of the hotel was very convenient for a stay involving a family event. Easy to find from A14. Our second visit in the last 8 months.

I found the bed rather hard and could have done with a mattress topper. I also dislike duvets as they cannot be adjusted when you are too warm but I guess I am in a minority. However it would be nice to have the choice of sheets and blankets.

Good location for us. Quiet room. Best of all, windows that open fully! An absolute godsend in the warmer weather and in the bathroom. They're small windows and they don't open really wide, so still H&S compliant. Comfy bed, tea & coffee making facilities. Free parking and nice outdoor area. Also can't rate the lovely (Italian?) lady on reception highly enough. So friendly and helpful. EXCELLENT value for money.

The room is small but adequate for an overnight stay and given the cost of the room, it's not bad.

When we arrived,we had such a great welcome and shown around to our rooms. We even got upgraded to downstairs rooms at no extra charge, so my dad wouldn't have to use the stairs. Everything was sparkly clean, and there were great bathrooms. Bed was very comfy too. The breakfast was so good. Such a huge choice of fresh things,we had a fry up, of course! Would like to thank Marina who looked after use,actually she couldn't do enough for us. Her boss Frankie, " You owe Marina a raise" you promised, haha. Thank you. See you again soon. Karen clark.😁

Customer service was amazing Emilia was extremely helpful. We asked if a upgrade was possible and that we were willing to pay but as they had a room available they offered it complementary which was great.

The only issue was the temp of the room I was unable to turn the radiator down so it made the room extremly warm. However was able to cool it down by leaving the window open over night.

Decor was excellent. Bed was a great size for a standard room. We paid extra for breakfast - plenty of choice and tasty. As the tables were for 2 and we were party of 3 they accommodated in a separate room with a round table when we asked with no fuss

Air con. The couple I travelled with said it was too cold and then too hot throughout the night in the room. I found it a little too warm
