Breakfast was very good and lot of varieties. Staff was always with a smile and approached with absolute courtesy. Customer service is good. Myself and my family thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Hyatt Place, Hinjewadi.

All that you can ask for…. ….a comfortable stay. Booked this for a personal trip. First of all I am impressed with the package options they have, not every hotel does. I could picked up a half board package for the entire stay at process less than half of the entire meal. The rooms are cosy and perfect for stay of one, two or small family. Good layout of the room, spacious cabinet,safe and well planned bathroom with all basic amenities. The couch in the room with a small table was a plus for me, very relaxing to use. Bed is quite comfortable and the big glass windows give you the perfect view. Good house keeping and enough water is an added advantage. The housekeeping is top notch. The best part of this hotel is their staff, very pleasant and always ensuring you are taken good care of perfectly. Special mention to the front desk staff who make your checkin smooth and ready to accommodate any request without any fuss. Restaurant has a good spread and sufficient enough for a good meal, the food is fresh and quite tasty. A very special mention for Siddhi at the restaurants, all the way to finding a suitable table to making sure you are comfortable and taken care of she does it all. Two suggestions for the hotel- 1. Please get away from using plastic bottles and use the glass bottles both in the rooms and the restaurant. It is producing a lot of waste and we carry some part of guilt using them. 2. A little bit more light in the room and bathroom would be helpful. Thank you Hyatt for a great experience! Highly recommending this place.

Highlight of our stay was the staff..... Tushar, Kastubh, Shubham, the incredible twins Riddhi & Siddhi and everyone else at the hotel just made our stay extremely special. They were always around to assist our family with two little kids and literally gave their 200% going above and beyond their duties and responsibilities. The hotel was well equipped with all amenities that you expect from a4 star hotel, extremely clean, great food and top it all the exceptional care and love garnered by the staff made this stay that extra-special for our family. The staff is excellent. They treat guests well and make sure guests have a comfortable stay.

Three days stay and we couldn't use the pool AT ALL. The pool is covered to accommodate a stage for functions. This is totally unacceptable for a stay at Hyatt Place. In fact this is the main reason why I have not given the hotel a best rating. We came here for a leisure stay and it's unfair that the pool activity was totally not available. When there are guests in the hotel, the use of the pool during the day time should be unrestricted. I would like a refund of my money.

The size of the rooms were excellent. Hotels should pay attention to bathroom facilities for disabled guests.

Rooms should be aired out before guests check in. Rooms start to smell and we requested a diffuser. It was promised but after an hour nothing was brought to the room. After enquiring we were given 3 different reasons as to why one could not be provided. These sounded more like excuses and lies which was not acceptable for the Hyatt brand. Staff at reception should be trained to handle customer queries professionally. Food preparation at the dinner buffet should be inspected as 3 family members took ill after consuming food at the dinner buffet.

I wanted to extend my stay last minute. The reception team agreed. However, I was not able to get to them in time to make the payment. So the room got booked online in the meantime. Although I had to vacate, they extended my checkout until 4:00 pm, if I'm not wrong, and did not charge me anything extra. Overall, the staff seemed very pleasant and accommodating. The washroom I got was large, clean, and excellent.

Excellent property with exceptional staff. The staff make the stay comfortable and memorable. They go out of thier way to make sure you are happy and settled. PS: there are identical twins in the staff, find them 🙂 Rooms are clean and spacious. The top rooms have views of the hills around Hinjewadi. The facilities and food is also good quality and the chef can customise dishes for you if you need. The rooms have massive windows and there is good storage for your belongings, which is missing in other hotels. Overall it was a great stay and I would visit again. They even have electric car charging in the basement which was a bonus.

Breakfast time is quite chaotic. There needs to be better management of guests coming for breakfast - two staff would be ideal so one can take the room numbers and the other can check on available tables that can be allocated. People were randomly walking in and taking assigned tables. The crowd was a big put-off, and I did not enjoy it at all - I ate only idlis and took a cup of tea to avoid the rush at the food counters.

The Hotel Staff is very caring. Staff Riddhi Katkar always make you feel cool and ask about any suggestions for improvements. Staff also remembers you if you are frequently visiting the property. Very much humble and nice staff. Full points to hospitality provided by staff. The television arrangement is very good. The TV stand makes you to tilt TV set 180 degrees. The room space is good and bigger than other competitors around. Restaurant is good. I ordered Mushroom chilly and was good
