The staff were excellent. In a place like Mussourie, where parking becomes a real headache, getting a free and good parking within the hotel premises is real bonus. Food was good, room was clean and overall comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel to friends for sure.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the quality of food was really top-notch. The property is very well maintained with flowers all around. The beautiful terrace and the chirping of the bird in the morning has really won our heart. Thank you to the Team of Hotel SunGrace. The chauffeur service was good, from picking us from Airport, to site seeing and drop.

Just a suggesstion - a few more food options in the breakfast buffet such as muffin, tea-cakes would be good.

1. Rooms were not sound proof, so noise from gallery and kitchen 2. Could not get a very good view from room. 3. Poor condition and narrow roads makes moving around difficult especially during weekends due to traffic jams in all popular sites. Govt should do something about this so that more people can enjoy the beauty of this place.

I liked the balcony, which was not attached to the room though. Rooms are ok sized. Right next to the main road and a temple so lots of car noises and temple sounds. Hotel is a bit old, so a lil shabby and has damps on walls. Staff was very nice and prompt. And they have a courtesy pick up and drop to the mall road which is a saving grace because lots of dust and construction happening on the road.

Property had small small quirks like not every room had heater (we had to ask for it), shower curtain would not go all the way down and this made the bathroom wet whenever someone showered, door locks are still old style physical locks instead of an automatic lock. Getting the hotel car to do a mall road drop off is tricky as the car is often not at the property.

The property was very neat and tidy. Rooms were extremely spacious and had luxurious amenities. Bathroom was especially neat and clean. The maintenance of rooms and property was well taken care of. Special mention to the views from room - Room offered an undisturbed view of the mountains with scenic view of the Winter Line. Food was also good. Overall, the hotel is totally value for money. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Mussoorie.

There was so much of variety in food items and everything was fresh and tasty.The quantity of food was also more than enough. the staff was very polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is good. The view from the hotel room is amazing. The rooms are spacious and clean.

The views from terrace are splendid. The location is easily approachable with a private accessible parking. The food is very tasty. The staff are helpful and courteous. You can also enquire them about sightseeing cab service.

Only issue is multiple flights of stairs which may be issue for elderly, in which case make sure to opt for rooms on first floor itself.

I had a very wonderful experience at Hotel Sun Grace ! I can say it’s one of the best hotel in the Mussorie . Location of the hotel is very good and calm. Customer services are excellent. You will get anything within 5 mins. Staff is very polite and well-mannered. The view from the hotel is serene.

The location was superb,, staff was helpful ,  and  every facility provided was good. I really liked the complimentary pick up and drop to Mall Road. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
