Lakeside hotel. Outside looks in need of some TLC but inside is fine. Large foyer with friendly reception. Luggage trollies and lifts to upper floors. Our room had a balcony with views over the lake. Good evening food, if a bit pricey. Breakfast good too.
No complaints.

Vitalia Seehotel is next to the lake in Badsegeberg, only a few minutes from city center. Nice location, spacious rooms and for sure a real treat in summer.
Until recently the reception desk worked 24/7. Now it is only working until 23:00. So, check your arrival time.

Fantastic view from a large balcony. The pool was wonderful and I had a great steak dinner.
No air con on one of the hottest days ever. Maybe fans would be good.

The quality in rhe evening restuarant could be better. Dry fish, tough meat and rubber potatoes but additional long human hair in the salad.

The hotel was well located and the facilities was ok.
The lack of english speaking staff, even the younger staff in the Wellness section.

Breakfast was amazing. View was great. Specially from Spa. Lovely and nice staff and great place to rest and relax after a difficult working week!
I think the price could be a little less but it is still in the normal range for these kind of hotels. the bar in the spa could be better with more food and drink options although the prices there were too high!

Vitalia is a nice hotel at a very nice location. If you stay here you should teke the time to enjoy it. Spacious rooms, friendly staff - one wants to come back.
If it is busier (noth this time) parking is a problem. Otherwise I have no remarks or things that could be improved.
