George at the front desk was very friendly and so was most of the staff, even though they couldn't speak much english.

We got a room at the end of the hall eventhough the whole hotel was empty. I'm not sure why. Also the room heater was not working which made matters very difficult since it was between -17 to -15 outside. Also a lot of facilities were not available since it was "off season" and the season supposedly starts on 21st December. This information would have been helpful had we been told at the time of planning our trip.

Very new, clean and superb view and location

The restaurant downstairs played unbelievably loud music even when there are no customers throughout the day and past midnight. You cant have a good conversation in your room on phone or in person because of loud music. Forget abt taking a nap.

Good location (ski-in/out + 50m walk), great spa (note - it's located in another building, yet included in the rate), excellent restaurant on site, warm and welcoming staff.

The maintenance level of the rooms needs some improvement, mostly small things (like missing some kitchen amenities in one room but present in another) level. Also, one must be aware that the hotel is located right on the main road, with sometimes heavy trucks traffic going on at 3am. Room facing the road could be noisy.

Ski in and ski out. Right next to ski hire places and great food in restaurant. Good locker room for equipment and lovely staff.

Annoying for taxis to the gondola and to get to new Gudari where most of the restaurants etc are. We also had a weird situation with our curtains which didn’t cover the window and the restaurant plays loud music at night which was difficult to sleep through.

the spa and breakfeast require a short walk outside to the other building which in a ski resort is a problem. you can walk anywhere, only drive or by cab. there's no age restriction on the spa so it's always full of screaming kids. no option for a massage in the spa

The hotel's design is amazing, everything looks new and sophisticated. The hotel has a spacious ski equipment storage room. The breakfast price was good, and it okay. On evenings, the hotel's dining rooms becomes a great restaurant. Nice and helpful staff. Very nice spa with a giant indoor pool, and hot and wet sauna.

The hotel is a short taxi away from the city. The staff doesn't have the best English, but they were nice and eventually helped with every need. In terms of ski, you need to walk 3-4 minutes to/from the slopes, from where you can reach the central ski area within 10 minutes. The spa is 2 minutes walk away, you have a change room and lockers there.

The rooms are very modern and comfortable. 2 min from the slope. Very good ski storage. Sauna and hammam with a swimming pool is a nice addition. Wifi is good enough.

No sound proofing… you can watch movies together with the neighbors. Cleaning of the rooms often starts around 3-4 when you come back from the resort, which is not appropriate. Cleaning ladies tended to leave wet washing towels in the middle of the sink.

Gudauri Hills located in old Gudauri is a great spot just 5 minutes from the slope. The apartment is big with a kitchen and washing machine, and the heaters keep it super warm. The sauna and swimming pool with water jets are awesome bonuses, making it a top choice for our winter trip.

The foldable sofa bed is not very soft :(

Perfect location 5min walking to the lift. It's a new hotel with big and clean rooms, big balcony and breathtaking view. There's ski locker room, small restaurant / bar at the hotel. Staff was polite an helpful. Delicious breakfast.

Music at the restaurant for breakfast was too loud you have to raise your voice in order to communicate. There was no daily housekeeping, they only come & change your towels (sometimes they don't and you have to ask reception to change towels & change garbage bin). Apart from that the hotel has everything you need to have perfect ski holidays. I would stay there again.

Very clean and tidy, good for small families. Location is very very good and the restaurant is excellent.

breakfast at 9am is a little odd as most people want to be up and out by then. It kind of delayed the day and made it more difficult to make the most of the days. The vending machine was empty which wasn't great and strange considering how many people i saw try to use it. The staff were good in the restaurant too.
