Very good choice for a family - very spacious living/dining room area. Sufficiently sized kitchen to prepare your own meals if you want to. Very good supermarket just 5min down the main road. Very good location when you come by car; free parking right in front of the house and the beach is less than a 10min drive away. Free soft drinks and ice machine have been a plus for the kids. Staff is very friendly, though only available by knocking on the back office door most of the time.

The bedroom is a bit tight to be fitted out with with two large queen beds; fortunately another two foldable beds were available so that the living room can be used as a 2nd bedroom as well.

The person at the reception was very friendly and helpful, even though we have a bit of trouble with the Japanese language. The bed was cosy and comfortable. The room had everything we needed. I was able to do my laundry as well in the basement free of charge. And it smelled absolutely delicious throughout the whole hotel. We both really enjoyed our stay.

The shower was a bit of figuring out for me, since I haven't used that kind of system before and the shower water got cold after a short while and then heated up again and that kept repeating many times in a row. Also not too much of an issue but it was kinda weird that you couldn't turn off the lights anywhere else except by the bed.

I loved the amenities included. I loved the location. And I loved the feel of the spot. It was maybe the easiest location for me to find on my trip in Japan (if you're comfortable with buses, it's literally a few feet from a bus stop). Plus, it's like a 10-15min walk from the train station. So either way, pretty sweet.

I wish I stayed longer. No real complaints. I wasn't sure how the vent and the AC worked. That would have been nice to have that explained to me.

Location: Close from the station (Yanagi-koji) on the Enoden line. Just 3 stops away from Enoshima. A convenience store and supermarket located within walking distance. Room: The room was small but the layout was efficient. Had a large tv with free movies. Had a microwave, free bottled water (500ml), large bathroom (no separate private space to change though). The water pressure of the shower can be adjusted to very strong which is rare in hotels in Japan as it can be quite weak. I was surprised with the curling wands and other hair styling tools provided in the room. Amenities: Free drinks (non-alcoholic), free facial masks, earbuds and small cotton wipes, wash cloth etc.

The smoking area has a roof which is good but wished it was located in a different area of the hotel.

Close to a train station and close to Enoshima station. Convenience store across the street. Easy and convenient location. They conveyed most information ahead of time. Allowed dropping of luggage before check-in. Fast check-in. Clean room. Has extensive hair drying tools. Private space between front door and bedroom for shoes. Provides things like face masks, soft drinks, and similar items.

Could hear the traffic clearly from the room. They could remove one or two things for more space for opening luggage.

It was a cozy, comfortable and quiet hotel with free parking. I liked the peaceful atmosphere, friendly staff, wonderful bath and shower with many amenities for comfort. The bed was comfortable and having a microwave and refrigerator made it very convenient for a long stay. I extended and ended up being there 4 nights. It was especially nice having the free drink bar. I think on weekends it becomes one free drink and then a small fee for continued use until midnight. I would be happy to stay there again and would recommend it to friends.

A really really nice place, run by a really really nice lady. The room was very cosy, super clean, well decorated, highly equipped. Amenities provided, tea, coffee and soda machine in the lobby.

Should you be hosted in the room 305, be sure the window has been fixed properly, we could enjoy the noise of the street all night long. Only ‘bad point’ if we may say so.

Exceptional large suite on top floor. Complete, clean, spacious, large dining table, fridges, utensils, sofa set, TV, washing machine and etc. Free laundry services, free parking, free beverages and even free facial mask!

Suggest provision of 2 bathrooms for this spacious suite. Lift serving the different floors is abit small and narrow, could hardly fit all the family members of 4 with luggages at one ride.

The best part is privacy. We feel safe and the same time we feel free and comfortable. Its clean and not cheap looking rooms. The smells are good and drink bar (free drinks) and unlimited toiletries are also amazing. Plus the hotel is very accessible. One thing I think I hope that management consider is if guests has children they should be in 1st floor because some kids are making noise in floor

I entered enoca hotel welcomed by the amazing seaside fragrance. You check in and will find the drink bar open from 15:00-00:00 offering both hot and cold drinks. They have an amenities bar including basic toiletries and anything niche you could possibly need- from face packs, foot scrubbers, contact lense cases and face blotting sheets. Go up to the room and you will find a huge TV screen, a keyboard so you can navigate through their movie list or watch something on youtube. There are usb ports for you to connect your own selections to the TV. Lighting from the room is pretty good as there are two windows. The room had complimentary drip coffee, tea, and water. The bathtub is spacy and the sink has everything a girl needs- there is a hairdryer, hair straightener and hair curler conveniently hung by the mirror. This hotel offered to me what I'd usually have to pay twice as much. Had the best holidays thanks to enoca!

It's a quite a walk from Fujisawa station, but if you take Yanagikoji (which will require a change in train lines) it's much closer. As much as I loved the bathtub, the space between the bath area and the sink was a bit small and you can expect to bump the door a few times. The room overall was cozy enough for 1-2 persons though. You can hear bike-riders in the evening which may be bothersome for those not used to it, but then again this is Enoshima.
