Great location, nice fire pit outside as well. Nice hot breakfast included as well. They have happy hour with free beer and wine too

Well, check out was at NOON, so we didn't appreciate housekeeping knocking every few minutes starting around 10 am. Maybe they should have a system in place where the front desk can communicate when the guest checks out. Was impossible to sleep in with the constant knocking and yelling, "Housekeeping!" I'm pretty sure if we didn't answer, they would come in and that's no good either.

The hotel was easy to get to from the freeway - it's close to downtown (we walked 1.2 miles). The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The stay was SO nice and welcoming. They answered all of our questions. The hotel provided breakfast was more than I expected and the staff there went out of there way to make it an even better experience for us. I would stay here again.

Nothing - it was a really positive experience. If I had to pick something, it's that I missed the free wine/beer tasting (which was on me, not the hotel)

I was charged an extra $50 after I checked out, reached out and left a message as to why and no one called me back (or emailed me. If it was because I had a dog, fair, however nowhere was it mentioned that there would be an extra charge, nor was I told when I checked in...I also left the room just as clean as when I arrived.

Could have used a larger designated pet area. (Even a small fenced area would be great.). Property is billed as pet friendly but outdoor area was just a couple of grass patches in the parking medians. Our pet room was fine but pricey for what we got. Staff at the property were delightful, professional, and caring. The location is convenient to nearby cafe’s. The breakfast was amazing as well.

There was too much noise in the room next to me. It appeared that my room was a sharing room & I couldn’t sleep well due to the noise of the next room. One of my pillow cases was dirty. Then there was a roach in my bathroom floor.

Everything was nice and clean. Well supplied. Good water pressure. Great breakfast

The beds are WAY to tall!! I'm only 4'11 and the bed is above my waistline. I almost couldn't get in it! My husband is 6ft. And he doesn't understand either why they have to be so tall.

Holiday Inn is always a sure value for cleanliness, comfort and safety. It didn’t disappoint. Really dog friendly not like other places that tolerate dogs… Great breakfast included.

In the industrial part of Paso Robles. Walking distance from the center but didn’t feel 100% safe at night for a woman alone. I was also given a two queen beds room instead of a king bed room. That was annoying. I was told it was a booking.com overbooking -and never heard back from booking.com about it so that was annoying.

Being a pet friendly hotel and we couldn't smell any pets. Nice & clean. thank you for that.

Hotel is in great shape and is very clean. There's not much to not like unless you want to critique the location, which is super convenient and easy to get to if you're driving.

The rooms were well equipped and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

We drove a Tesla and would have really liked if there was a destination charger available. We had to go somewhere else to be able to charge our car.

Easy to find near but not too close to 101...comfy beds, nice clean new linen, short walk to restaurants, helpful staff, and good breakfast. Ample easy parking. The main building is most convenient as it houses the breakfast rooms.

The coffee and water cups were flimsy. One lone hair on tub detracted.
