The facilities were excellent for a 2 / 3 star hotel. Nearby there's great options to eat cheaply or if you chose expensively. Supermarkets and transport links are great. 3 railway stations .one 15 to 20 min walk . Two within 10 to 15 min walks .Local buses pass within a 5 min walk. The staff were excellent and exceptionally helpful when a potential crisis arose during our visit . The staff kept the hotel and rooms very clean and refreshed . A fridge , microwave and kettle made life comfortable within the hotel.The room size was really good for the Tokyo and greater Tokyo area. we stayed for 3 weeks so had an exceptional ability to look at and access the hotel. I am at a total loss to understand the negative reviews posted about this hotel.

The stay was very good. Nothing to complain about.

Very convenient car park, and they had prepared an extra bed in the room. The Room was wide and had good facilities. We all slept comfortably.

It’s a little hard to find, and there’s no food or cafe, so no breakfast . But there were supermarkets and family restaurants nearby so not a big problem.

The staff was very helpful. The room has a garden view. Nice place.

The hotel support didn't respond on my messages when I needed help

The microwave inside the room.

They put me on the ground floor room, in the furthest corner. It was so scary staying there as a solo female traveller. The room also had a glass wall with a glass door that leads to the outside which did not feel safe at all. The fire escape door was also right outside my hotel room door, so there were basically 2 ways for any possible external entry right by my room. There were also virtually no staff around and the only way I can reach someone if they are not at the counter is with a mobile number. But because it's a Japanese phone number, I had no way of contacting the staff as a foreigner with no Japanese number.

The staff are very nice and friendly, the changed my room and gave my a complimentary upgrade after I complained about that my room had insects

The rooms are not clean at all. the AC was broken and there were an army of ants crawling over the room in the morning,

The bath water flow is relatively large.

The sheets don't sleep well. The washing machine is far from the hotel. Washlet does not heat up water.
