The staff were so friendly and nice. We loved chatting with the general manager. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we need. The location is decent. A stroll to Kamala beach & night market. And a short drive to Surin beach which is honestly a must!

We were very disappointed with the pool. It’s honestly dangerous. My daughter sliced her foot open quite badly. And she wasn’t the only child to do so. There are missing pool tiles everywhere and the edges are extremely sharp. Kids were actually going around collecting loose tiles from the bottom of the pool. It definitely needs a full refresh. And it would honestly be such a beautiful and relaxing space if it were refreshed.

Amazing peaceful stay with great service The hotel is quiet and perfect for couples. Siam Adventure Club helped us book a Phi Phi Island tour and Carnival Magic — both were seamless. Big thanks to Edward and Christian for the personal care! The suites are huge, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent — lots of variety, fresh options, and great coffee to start the day. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at Radisson Resort in Kamala! Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite — spacious, modern, and perfect for our family. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Great service throughout. Highly recommended!

A Wonderful Hotel with a Heart We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It’s located in a peaceful area, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help, share useful information, or simply offer a smile. The atmosphere felt genuinely warm and welcoming. The breakfasts deserve special mention — I’ve stayed at five different hotels in Phuket, but nowhere else had such variety and delicious options. This is one of those places where you’re not wondering what to eat, but rather how not to eat everything at once! The pool is great, and the water slide is a big hit with the kids. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. One evening we were invited to a GM cocktail event, which was such a nice touch. We had the pleasure of meeting Kristian, who truly is the heart of the hotel. His presence made us feel genuinely special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a warm, friendly vibe.

The room was spacious and comfortable, great for our family of five. The property was always clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and attentive, and made us feel welcome. They were great help in finding tours and info on activities and the staff who ran activities for the kids were amazing. The pool was absolutely fantastic: large enough for us to have lots of space even when other guests were using it. It was also really, really clean. Breakfast buffet was consistently good (special shout out to the omelette station chef Vinod!). At night, it was lovely sitting by the pool. The location was really convenient, we never had any trouble getting anywhere. Overall a wonderful stay, will definitely book here again when we return to Thailand!

We had the best time at the Radisson Resort and Spa Phuket. We were treated with nothing but kindness and warmth from when we arrived. All the staff we encountered were so friendly and welcoming. Christian and his family went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional and helped us immediately with anything we needed. We are truely grateful for their hospitality and checking in with us to make sure our stay was perfect. Our room was so spacious and beds were very comfortable. The cleaners did an amazing job with housekeeping and keeping us stocked up on essentials everyday. The addition of the Kids Club and gym was brilliant. There was a great selection of food at the breakfast buffet every morning. Our children loved the addition of the slide. The resort had everything close by like Kamala Beach, shops, restaurants and Patong was only 15/20 minutes drive away. The resort is also right beside a fantastic attraction called Fantasea and Carnival Magic. Overall we had an amazing stay at the Radisson and would highly recommend.

It was so very convenient to be on the ground floor with the stroller and our toddler was thrilled that she could touch the bottom of the pool. The breakfast has so many options and one rainy morning we spent a few hours at our table, relaxing, eating a bit more, and never felt rushed as we were waiting for the downpour to stop. There was a small market next door for small items, laundry close by, Tuk Tuk’s, massages, a great Thai restaurant (duh). I’d recommend this hotel to any families that want to stay in Kamala or any partygoers as the vicinity to Cafe Del Mar could not be better! The pool was gorgeous, along with the waterslide, and we hope to return! A lot of the negative comments regarding lack of variety, chipped tiles at the pool, etc. have been resolved. The kids club for children 4 and older was amazing as you can leave your kids there and they had plenty of activities for them to do if you wanted some alone time. Lastly, the people that ran the activities like aqua aerobics and bingo so were lovely, wish I remembered their names. We cannot wait to come back!

Only negative would be that you have to walk 5 minutes to the beach but we didn’t kind. There is a crosswalk so it wasn’t all that bad. We knew this before booking so it wasn’t a negative at all.

I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Resort and Suites Phuket. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Welcome drinks as a pluss. The breakfast and dinner was delicious with plenty of variety to choose from. The swimming pool was renovated, perfect for relaxing with bar at the pool. I also really enjoyed the activities, from fun games like bingo to the kids club, which kept the little ones entertained. The fitness center is 24 hours. We had also tried the oil massage with good experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday! Thank you specifically to Nimesha for a wonderful set up for my husband’s birthday. Your team at restaurant as a pluss, thanks to Bee, also Kids club staffs are so friendly to my daughter. It is a walking distance to Kamala Beach. Recommended that you download applications ‘Grab’ or ‘Bolt’ for transportation will be convenient to the hotel. Near by the hotel has also local food and nailsalon with ok price. :)

Bathroom need maintenance.

It was really nice that the GM Christian came out and welcomed us to the Hotel- he was concerned we would be disappointed the pool was under maintenance, but this was made up for with the use of another properties facilities not far away which was great! Its good to see maintenance being carried out as required. It feels as though the team are well managed and happy, as everyone we met were very friendly and helpful - there was a really nice vibe about the place

The wifi in the room - but to be honest it didn't really affect us

We can not put in to words how great and enjoyable our 6 night stay at Radisson was. Our children had the best time, made the most of the pool and water slide and really loved Kids World as well. We were able to get a massage at Destination Spa while the kids were at Kids World and highly recommend Destination Spa to anyone staying here that wants a massage. The staff were amazing, super helpful, extremely friendly and huge shout out to the manager who ensures his team are on point every day. They made our holiday so much more memorable!

The only thing I could suggest is that the pool tiling does need fixing and some need replacing.
