The hotel infrastructure is excellent! It is huge, the room is huge, it has a pool, a place to do massage, a snooker table, etc.

The location is not so good, because the nearest neighborhood is about 20 minutes walk (supermarket, stores, restaurants), and the road is not the safest place, and the beach has tar (which could be a problem to remove from your feet). The only way to move through the city is to call a tuk-tuk or use the Grab app (Uber-like app).

The room was very nice with separate living room that had a 65 inch tv. Bedroom had a small tv too. I didn’t have breakfast at hotel therefore can’t rate it

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the hotel was hard to find. Google map send the taxi around in circles and same thing happened to 2 people who were trying to meet me at hotel. Each time I had to walk all the way to the main road to guide them. The hotel sign at entrance to the small soi is far too small

Pool, kids activities with the Adventure Team, The kids world allows children to spend their day at their wish and pace. Daily breakfast buffet is more than enough with daily juice "potion". The staffs were great and responded positively to our queries: This is our 3rd passage in the Resort.

Kamala Beach access requires a busy road crossing & stinky river along walk but not the end of the world. The overall facility is showing some signs of age but all key issues are taken care of if you happen to follow the Maintenance crews.

Good value for money. Very clean and practical room design. Staff were good. The only downside to the hotel was the food and beverage service and options provided. We ordered a 12 inch pizza for Room Service which came in quite quickly but was a bit underdone ad the vegetables were crunchy and the base wasn’t fully cooked. The Breakfast buffet was the most disappointing as there were flies all around the soup section and things were not replenished on time. It wasn’t Radisson standards. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

The staff were amazing and very helpful, especially Piaméra who made each member of our family a personal Christmas card which was very thoughtful and very intricate. The pool area was clean, easy to access clean towels, and refreshing. We had a three bedroom suite which sold the hotel to me to accommodate the five people in my family. After a couple of issues with the air conditioning in some of the rooms, which was eventually sorted, we found the accommodation perfect and very roomy. Breakfast was varied and we particularly enjoyed the omelettes made to our specifications. We would recommend the resort to other family travellers.

The security of the doors to the room was not very good. The glass doors could not be locked meaning that if someone gained access to the balcony then the suite was not secure,but the main door to the suite was lockable.

Kids club, activities all throughout the day. Lots to do and see if you're happy to stay at the resort. The family suites were huge, and the regular room was just as impressive. Huge pool, waterside, incredible staff.

Prices for most things are expensive, but going during the sales was great. Not a close by 7/11 so go prepared, unless you're happy to get a tuk tuk, but if travellon my own into town and being used to getting mototaxi was rough u till I got the lay of the land.

Our suite. Massive! Two bedroom with huge beds. Welcoming balcony with 4 chairs. Balconies as well off the bedrooms. It’s Possible to find sun beds during the day. Not everybody goes mad to through their towels on them first thing in the morning. Swimming pool is large and clean. Kids club far far away :) Very clean. Welcoming. Best of our holiday and we have stayed in 3 places. Entertainment by the pool is good. Movies projected at night time. Amazing suite!!!’ So much room. Has kitchenette with fridge, microwave and cooking jobs but no equipment. Only plates and cutlery. There are some shops, restaurants, massage parlour and fruit stalls between the hotel and the road. Convenient! Street food - just cross the road and you have so much choice! A bit apart from centre which we welcomed. Nice stroll to reach restaurants.

Nothing!! We loved every minute. This place made our holiday top star. Worth mentioning that sometimes there are minuscule ants that you only see if you leave food out! Even in the microwave. Not in the bin. Just be tidy and close packets of snacks properly. You must cross the road every day to go to the beach. Busy road and with designated area. But no traffic lights and must wait patiently for your opportunity to cross. Not a big deal. Closest supermarket is 15 min walk and Big C - big supermarket and more suitable is 25 mins. The walk to it is beautiful as it goes behind the main roads. Take a rucksack! WiFi wouldn’t make it to bedrooms.

The hotel was in a walking distance to the kamala beach but you have to cross the highway to get there. The two bedroom suite was great, very nice and clean with a little kitchen counter and split aircon system to each bedroom and outside. We came early and the staff allowed us to check in early and moved us to the ground room closer to the pool. We checked in on our twins birthday and the adventure kids club staff was amazing. They came up with the little surprise in an elephant mascot, balloons and ice cream last minute!! We really had a great time staying here and will definitely recommend this place especially to family with young children!!

The hotel food can be abit pricey but I guess its expensive everywhere in Phuket.

Facilities within the complex were great, staff were superb, food is fantastic, just a short walk across the road to Kamala beach front and beach eateries there! The Xmas vibe was fantastic - we paid addtional for a little tree and door bow to make it extra special for the kids - the resort team nailed this, thanks!

Beds are super hard, but other than that it's superb!

Good location and good size family room. Our room was always cleaned, thanks for the cleaning staff. Lovely beach few minutes walk from the hotel.

The breakfast was not nice and at the busy time, staffs never refilled the food so there was no food available and the tables were no cleaned. Lots of tiles broken in the swimming pool, my kids get cut each time when they went in the swimming pool.
