One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms are nice with balconies, the location is great - there is everything nearby, it's very clean, the housekeeping does the great service upon request, breakfast is good with nice Nutella breakfast waffles and plenty of seats, the stuff is polite and helpful, the parking is free and close to the rooms, and the facilities are good too!

Nothing really, just maybe minor things. They put the water stand only after 3pm which I'd prefer to have in the morning too, and they don't serve Nutella and whipped cream for waffles on weekends (only during weekdays or I just missed that).

The property was clean. The room was very clean and very welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were amazing, a soft and not so soft pillows made it really comfortable. The breakfast was good. Nice variety of breakfast foods to choose from. I didn’t have any, but the waffles looked like they would have been fabulous. I liked this place and would definitely stay there again. We just slept there so didn’t use the pool, but the other guests really seemed to enjoy it.

Nothing to say that I didn’t like.

Typical continental breakfast, but it was pretty good. Was nice to have bacon In lieu of sausage! Staff was helpful and friendly. Room size was great, hotel was clean, appreciated the onsite Indian restaurant. Many restaurants were nearby, 30 minutes from Dana point and beaches. Hot tub was big and away from the pool which was great. Onsite laundry was convenient. We booked for 4 nights, but decided to stay an extra night because we didn’t expect to find a room anywhere else for the same price that was such good quality. We visit this area yearly and definitely plan to book there again!

Water pressure? Not horrid just meh

I was very very impressed with this property it definitely exceeded my expectations . Continental breakfast was fantastic again exceeded my expectations ! Loved the fresh scrambled eggs and bacon plus the make your own waffles / pancakes were great ! The beds were so comfortable I wanted to stay another night but I had guests waiting for me at the airport which is very close by ! Staff was so so friendly and inviting ! Rosalva the hotel manager made sure you were well taken care of ! Also Jose was so gracious kept an eye to make sure there was plenty of fresh food for all the guests having breakfast ( and breakfast was included ) that’s a BIG WoW !

I did not like I had to leave so soon !!!

Loved everything about this hotel. It was clean and quiet. Bedroom had everything we needed. AC worked. Enough towels for 2 days. Breakfast was amazing. Hot food was crambled eggs and bacon one morning and meat patties the next. 3 waffle makers. Enough seating in the dining room.

Our room was fine but a fridge full of beer was left by previous guests in our friend's room who had kids with them.

Eric (the manager), Aidan and Joe really go out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable. As our house had flooded, this has truly been our home away from home during the mold abatement. My daughter turned 11 on 2/8 she's also a hard-core Demon Slayer fan. Aidan and Eric went out on their own and decorated their conference room with birthday ballons and on the white board, Aidan made a huge customized "Happy Birthday Daphne," with all the Demon Slayer characters present. It was a dream come true.

some of the morning staff is not very friendly to the point of condescending. One woman made my daughter cry.

We were only planning on staying four nights and wound up extending our stay because the staff was so friendly and the accommodations were comfortable and favorably priced.

The breakfast could have been a little bit more varied, but maybe that only matters for someone with an extended day. If you're only staying a day or two, it compares with what you would typically expect at a chain that offers breakfast.

The staff was really nice and the showers had hot water.

There were knats flying around in the room, that was annoying. Also there was a soccer families with a bunch of little girls there making excessive noise, running up and down the hall continuously and knocking on people doors and running. The staff did not say anything and when mentioned and just said sorry.

The beds were super comfortable, and the sheets were so soft! Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was really good.

The curtain didn't close the side completely so a stream of light from the "porch" light would shine onto the head of the bed on the far left. Netflix kept randomly pausing on its own no matter we tried.

I like the friendly helpful staff (kudos to Katie), cleanliness, hotel refurbishments and location to the freeway.

My room was right next to a busy arterial and the street noise, especially at night, got pretty loud, to the point that you might have to sleep with earplugs if you're a light sleeper, which is why I rated this hotel a 9 out of 10. Just ask for a room away from the street noise when you check in.
