- Good location in case you need to layover at Guarulhos Airport - the hotel offers complimentary bus transfer from and to both terminal 2 and terminal 3 - Good breakfast variety - Comfy beds - And most importantly they offer family rooms, with a nice children's package

- Although there is a time table for the complimentary bus transfer, we had to wait 40 minutes for the bus which was more time than the luggage pickup and passport control combined. - Whoever designed this hotel reception desk needs to go back to the drawing board. It's confusing, does not allow for a lot of privacy, and above all one cannot find it as you step inside the hotel

We stayed here at the end of our trip to Brazil and it was probably the highlight for me. It's a very modern, clean hotel that caters for everyone - including children without being too overly family friendly that ots overrun with kids! We were asked before arriving what our 5 year old daughter's favourite characters were and when we arrived in our room there were colouring pages for her of her favourite characters, a really nice touch. The food was fantastic and was refreshing to get a decent wine in Brazil. Would definitely recommend for a couple of nights either at the beginning or end of your stay, the shuttle to the airport is super convenient as well.

This was our first time in the hotel, after travelling to SP multiple times in the past. This time we felt we needed some rest before continuing our trips in Brazil so we chose your hotel. We loved the fact that the hotel is close to the airport and the car rental businesses. It highly met our expectations, with clean rooms, very comfortable beds, good shower, bar, restaurant and great staff who can speak English facilitating our communication. Even the person at the kitchen grill spoke English as well as all the bar attenders! I’d like to specially mention Marciel who is an excellent member of your staff. He is very prompt, and willing to help. He was absolutely amazing and made our stay much more pleasant. After two weeks traveling in Brazil and returning to the hotel for another evening before going home, we were met by Marciel with a big smile and we felt like we had just returned home. Thanks for that Marciel! Hope to see you again soon!

I didn’t like that we were put in a disabled/adapted room when we had no such requirements. I had to return to the reception and request another room that was suitable to our needs as we are not disabled. This was soon arranged but used up our valuable time after arriving from a long trip.

The space for breakfast is small, so it can get crowded. The breakfast is amazing! They have lots of options, everything is clean and delicious. The hotel has lots of entertainment options: great swimming pool, a room to play video games, kids play room, pool table, great bar, great restaurant, beautiful outside walking path filled with greeneris. The hotel is super family friendly and the shuttle to the airport is on time. Bed was great, wi-fi didn't disappoint. Overall great service, great experience, wish we had stayed longer.

Friendly staff who dealt with my questions and helped me! Breakfast was good and tasty. Rooms were nice, with a good size bed and bathroom. Pillows were decent, with one hard and one soft. Getting from the airport was quick and easy, although I did not use the transfer service. I asked for a late check out which was given with no issue.

The check in queue was quite long, despite it being around 10.30pm when I got there. Maybe opening an extra check in when demand is needed could reduce the wait. I would have liked to be able to confirm that I could check out later the day before, however the system didn't allow it until the same day.

This time I got an upgrade to the executive level with access to the lounge. Between 7 and 9 pm there's a buffet with bread, cheese, cold meats, snacks and drinks. It's very handy. The room wasn't one of the fancy ones, but very comfortable. Breakfast is one of the highlights of this hotel. Varied and high quality. Even the croissants and pain au chocolat are excellent and look and taste like the real thing (rare in Brazil). Staff are very friendly and helpful. This time David explained about the breads and the coffee served. It was an special start of morning. The airport transfer works very well too.

This time, nothing to rant about.

The first stay was upgraded and included lounge access with good food and drink. We returned at the end of our trip and the room was great, but we had no lounge access. I booked both stays on booking.com and the reservations looked exactly the same. The restaurant food is a buffet and very good. Staff is helpful. The pool looked inviting. Nice to have some forest and a lagoon that had some birds in it.

It is far from restaurants and stores, but has some nature areas around it and some birds. Taxi was cheap and easy to visit a small market.

great hotel near the airport (10 min by taxi). New building and well equipped room which was comfortable to relax in after the flight. Very nice and friendly staff, we were with a newborn and he got a lot of attention, we never waited in line or anything like that. They brought a crib for the baby to our room upon request. We ordered room service and it was of great quality and very nicely served, even though it was ordered after 10pm, the kitchen worked perfectly. Breakfast was hearty and varied, tables were set and cleaned quickly if needed. I loved everything about this hotel!

Very welcoming and courteous staff before and during my stay. I was provided with all the information I needed to take the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. I was able to check in before arrival, and this meant my arrival was easy, and I was in my room in no time. The room was very comfortable, and everything I needed was there. Breakfast was lovely, with a wide range of choices. The transfer bus back to the airport was prompt, and the driver very helpful with baggage.

Excellent staff and service. Late checkout as I arrived late. They organised a taxi when the shuttle was full. Luggage store. Super comfortable bed. Extremely close to the airport.

No information on the shuttle bus service before (obvious when you're in the hotel and are going to the airport but not the other way round). I couldn't find it despite calling so ended up getting a taxi. Just wrote the information on booking or the website would be easier than needing to call and ask.
