The chair in the room was not suitable for work or even for seat. Very unconfortable There was just one body soap in the room The minibar was just water, i had to order the extras from reception There wasn't written the wifi password and no indication on which button to press to call reception No room service I don't know why but the power outlet was just one near the bed and was already connected to the lamp, and it wasn't shuko, so i couldn't connect my laptop or my phone without unplugging the lamp. The other big lamp was sconnected from the power so i had to plug it. In the reception there wasn't a place where to sit very confortably and maybe do some work on your laptop.

Staff speaks English, hotel is modern and clean.

It is far away from train station and public transport is really poor here. Additionally, you have to purchase tickets for buses somewhere in the shopping mall. So you will probably need to use Uber, which was fine but more expensive.

Awesome hotel in Monza - very clean and comfy. Reasonably priced. The staff was very welcoming and the room was stacked with everything you need. Extra points for having great TV channels (Sky Italia).

It's not exactly a critique, but the hotel is far away from the city center, and Monza doesn't have very good public transportation. This pretty much forces you to use Uber if you want to go somewhere in the evening.

Free parking in front of the building, breakfast was good value for 10€ per person, friendly staff, Mr. Zagloul was very helpful with what we needed to know around the place (speaking Arabic), bidet was an extra plus for the place, AC is available which was important for this time of the year (mid September)

The shower stream was too weak and the shower head was very annoying to deal with

The staff is absolutely lovely. Ali (one of the managers) was great from the start. Breakfast is very good.

Our room was cold and the heating didn't work because they said the Hotel was already in Summer mode. The location is good if you have a car. Not many options nearby.

The hotel was perfect to stay for a night, the atmosphere was very friendly and it looked stylish. Breakfast was delicious and abundant.

The air conditioner in our room was not strong enough to cool the room.

The staff support, welcome, convenience, etc. very good. Basically my stay was very good and I'm happy. Even the food and restaurant is very good.

It's better, if you can add (I do not know whether it's possible or not now) a two-way switch to the light switches, much better. Basically, the arrangement of the switches is not so good.

The new Terrazza MIA was the highlight of our stay ……. Beautiful restaurant with amazing view, fabulous service, highly recommend

The room was functional with no mirrors near to electrical sockets in bedroom.

Polite & helpful English speaking staff. Very good room, restaurant (excellent breakfast, bistro, bar etc).

Laundry was closed due to the holiday season. A little away from Monza central city & market area, nothing much to do nearby.

Convenient location to Milan and Como. Convenient parking. Polite staff. A superb breakfast.

Noisy fans from the building next door. Impossible heating outside the winter season. Insufficient hangers and chairs
