Breakfast was nice and quite abundant Room and bed were very comfy Easy to find Nice view Clean bathroom TV in front of bed and was working well Awesome Rooftop! Nice lounge bar The restaurant seems nice, but i didn't go there There was lime and dott nearby the hotel available

The chair in the room was not suitable for work or even for seat. Very unconfortable There was just one body soap in the room The minibar was just water, i had to order the extras from reception There wasn't written the wifi password and no indication on which button to press to call reception No room service I don't know why but the power outlet was just one near the bed and was already connected to the lamp, and it wasn't shuko, so i couldn't connect my laptop or my phone without unplugging the lamp. The other big lamp was sconnected from the power so i had to plug it. In the reception there wasn't a place where to sit very confortably and maybe do some work on your laptop.

Awesome hotel in Monza - very clean and comfy. Reasonably priced. The staff was very welcoming and the room was stacked with everything you need. Extra points for having great TV channels (Sky Italia).

It's not exactly a critique, but the hotel is far away from the city center, and Monza doesn't have very good public transportation. This pretty much forces you to use Uber if you want to go somewhere in the evening.

Free parking in front of the building, breakfast was good value for 10€ per person, friendly staff, Mr. Zagloul was very helpful with what we needed to know around the place (speaking Arabic), bidet was an extra plus for the place, AC is available which was important for this time of the year (mid September)

The shower stream was too weak and the shower head was very annoying to deal with

The staff is absolutely lovely. Ali (one of the managers) was great from the start. Breakfast is very good.

Our room was cold and the heating didn't work because they said the Hotel was already in Summer mode. The location is good if you have a car. Not many options nearby.

The staff support, welcome, convenience, etc. very good. Basically my stay was very good and I'm happy. Even the food and restaurant is very good.

It's better, if you can add (I do not know whether it's possible or not now) a two-way switch to the light switches, much better. Basically, the arrangement of the switches is not so good.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was incredibly nice, helpful and welcoming. I felt like home. They helped me with all my needs and requests with a smile on their face. The restaurant was good and the ingredients of the dishes were genuine and good. The room was big and comfortable. Bedlinen and mattress very comfortable. The bathroom was big. Breakfast really nice in terms of quality of the food, choice and service. I arrived late in the evening and the opportunity of having dinner at the hotel restaurant was certainly a plus. But once again what really made the difference of this stay was the wonderful staff working there.

If I have to find something I would say that the bathroom was certainly a good size but not as modern as the room itself. Nothing else to add.

great hotel for business trip, very kind and professional staff. all the staff were great, i remember Ali, Maurizio, Martina, Almira, the breakfast team (i don't remember their names), Fabio and Alessandro and of course the people in the kitchen and the cleaning staff. Everyone is very kind and doing a great job. Breakfast and buffet lunch are very good.

Polite & helpful English speaking staff. Very good room, restaurant (excellent breakfast, bistro, bar etc).

Laundry was closed due to the holiday season. A little away from Monza central city & market area, nothing much to do nearby.

The new Terrazza MIA was the highlight of our stay ……. Beautiful restaurant with amazing view, fabulous service, highly recommend

The room was functional with no mirrors near to electrical sockets in bedroom.

We liked Mr.Ali in the front office, one of the best front office person whom I had met in all my travel times and all other staffs as well are good, however, Mr.Ali went a step forward to bring in a closeness with us to feel comfortable. A special thanks to Mr.Ali.
