Very friendly staff who also had no issues with us keeping our bikes in the room rather than outdoors in the services. Clean room, 2 X double beds which was great for our family of 4. Big rooms. Cheap and easy commutable to Dover for a 10.15 ferry.

The location is pretty uninspiring as it's at a motorway service station and also had a lot of rats outside. However, this aside, it did exactly what it said on the tin, and as we had selected the hotel for practical purposes only it suited us perfectly.

Room was good nice and clean apart from a stray hair on the bath dark short which was there when I arrived

No instructions on how to work the shower and no rails by the toilet for a disabled room there should be one plus it should be just a wet room or a normal shower cubicle, NOT a shower over the bath as most disabled people cant climb or stand on one leg to enter a shower plus bed wheel lock should be applied to stop the bed moving while trying to get into bed

Room was simple but warm and convenient, but there was effectively no room service. We adjusted to this quickly - it's no hardship to make your own bed! But you had to 'catch' the available staff for further supplies of (in our case) tea, milk, coffee, toilet paper. But staff were very helpful when asked.

MUD at entrance. No fault of DAYSINN - modifications on site - but difficult in the dark, when we left and when we arrived. Lights in room too feeble to allow reading or writing at all easily, even in full daylight. A table or standard lamp would have been handy.

I had to have a last minute room change on arrival as The room allocated to me was upstairs and I have limited mobility and can't manage going up and down the stairs, the receptionist was very understanding and found a room downstairs for me.

I would have preferred being able to have the option of upstairs or downstairs as I didn't want to put disabled. Also, maybe you could have some taxi cab numbers somewhere as I don't know Maidstone and had to take a taxi each day to visit my mum in her care home, and I had to ring my daughter to look online for a number for me.

Excellent location, as I came to visit Leeds Castle and Bodiam Castle and it is located about 10 minutes drive from the first one. The room was clean and surprisingly big. Food courts and a mini supermarket nearby, also great is that parking was free of charge.

The room on the ground floor was a bit cold and there was a leak in the shower which would certainly prevent me from falling asleep if I hadn't been so tired after visiting castles, so in general it was all fine.

The location was perfect for what I wanted and the 24h little shopping with a Macdonalds, a Costa Coffee and a WhSmith was perfect.

They didnt clean our room in our stay. It was clean when we arrived at the facility and we were there for 2 nights. I expected to have towels and some sort of cleaning done after the first night but nobody came. Also there was no soap available in the bathroom. Not even for hands.

We have stayed here previously and as a result were happy to make another booking. The room is of a generous size, very clean and welcoming. Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Car parking is available outside the hotel and the proximity to the channel tunnel is a bonus

I booked a downstairs room through Booking.com, but on arrival was allocated a room upstairs, so this was very disappointing, as I especially required a ground floor room, due to mobility issues and the hotel does not have a lift!

Every member of staff with whom I came in contact was friendly, helpful and patient. As a single person, I stayed in a room for five nights and all requests for replenishment of tea, milk, etc were treated promptly and courteously. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Loved having the sofa.

The fact that there were no better eating facilities nearby (or preferably on site!) Lights for reading in bed were poor.

Close to Leeds castle 1km easy to get to. Good parking. Nice big room. Comfy bed. Nice lady on reception

No fridge. ! Not enough milk. And as we stayed for two night. Wasn’t replaced. But I’m sure if we asked they would have given us some.!! Only we arrived back late on our 2nd night and only found there was no milk when returning to our room , and reception was closed

This was a hotel attached to a road services facility. It was comfortable and basic but handy to the areas I wished to visit and good value for money. The staff were helpful and the facilities, though basic, were adequate. Was good having nearby eating and fuel places.

There was not a great range of eating places at this service area and because I stayed for 5 days the choices were small.
