Great location, rooms very comfortable

Sadly we was told by a staff member breakfast was till 10.30. We got there at 9.30ish for a staff member to be really rude to me and my 2 children. She said you best be quick it finishes at 10. I explained we was told 10.30 and she ignored me. She then went round to other staff members to slag me and my children off. We was extremely embarrassed so didn’t finish our breakfast and left. Apart from these couple of staff everyone else is amazing and can’t do enough for you. We have been a few times and will be back. I just hope not to see this women as it was very inappropriate as I had my little girls with me. Not ok and we was very upset by their behaviour

The bed was very comfortable, in my mind the most important feature. The room was large and clean. The bathroom had a bath and a shower within and a large area around the sink for products. So many hotels have a tiny shelf, which is never adequate. There were no extras in the bathroom other than tissues, but for the price, that was fine. There were tea and coffee facilities but no biscuits. We were unable to use the pool as it was too busy and at capacity. Instead, we sat outside in the sunshine having a drink, which was very pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The lady welcoming us was friendly and informative.

As mentioned above, we were unable to use the pool. Not sure why there was a parking charge, surely that should be included in the stay charge.

We have stayed here on a number of occasions now as a stop over Hotel on our way to the channel from up north. We find the hotel comfortable and spacious, especially the rooms with twin double beds in which we can stay with our children altogether. There are food options as the hotel provides food though I have not eaten here yet and there are a couple of pubs in the area one just down the road one just up the road and Maidstone is a couple of miles away. There is parking directly outside the hotel which is charged at a lower rate for hotel guests but it did used to be free. The hotel is dog friendly which is important for us as we take our dog everywhere however there is a charge, but they are welcome in most parts of the hotel. Maidstone itself is not particularly dog friendly for dining but the hotel and local pubs are. Location for travel is very good as it’s directly off the main roads but in a quiet place and the area has also been developed recently and now there’s a supermarket just round the corner as well as a couple of shops not far down the road is a large Tesco for petrol And it’s about an hour from Dover. We’ve stayed here about five times or more now and it’s always quick and easy.

Staff were brilliant especially the young male tending the bar area, he was exceptional, but all other staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic with a great choice of quality food. Room was very clean Drinks in bar very good quality, especially the with happy hours for cocktails.

Bathroom in room although clean could do with a bit of updating, plug area in sink very discoloured/rusty and some areas of tiles and sealant need replacing. Also would have been nice to be informed that hotel was being used as a polling station for the Romanian presidential elections as car park was a bit chaotic with people just stopping to drop off voters, no issues with voters but just hectic at times. Also issue one evening with a couple of families with lots of children running around in bar area with wet swimming gear on, not ideal if yr trying to have a nice relaxing drink before dinner

Facilities, swimming pool, breakfast. We would visit it again, but it would need renovation in the near future. The postcode must be improved asap it’s the wrong one. Thank you for your effort.

Firstly the postcode must be changing the one on the booking and their official website isn’t right, we waster 45 min to find it whilst driving nearby. We missed the swimming pool for our kids due to this and we were devastated. We did tell the receptionist she said someone else mentioned the same thing. Bye building it’s in need of renovation soon. It would definitely benefit from it.

The room and the leisure facilities were excellent.

I had a booking in the restaurant for 6 pm, they opened 18:06. Ordered my food soon, after 50 minutes later, I still didn't get my food, there was a coach party in, they started getting their food within 15 minutes. I called over the waitress, who was not interested, and abruptly dismissed me without any assistance as to when I would receive my food. After the arrival of the food, it was subpar and lacked flavour. therefore, it did not explain why I had to wait 50 minutes for a meal that was lacking in all areas. I would definitely stay at the hotel again, but I would not eat there, I would rather order from Just Eats instead.

Reception staff (one lady in particular was exceptional) - very welcoming , very helpful and communication was outstanding. Red haired gentleman behind the bar again exceptional, very helpful and very polite. I used the spa facilities also, had a facial and massage the lady was very helpful, very professional and made me feel at ease. Swimming pool staff again were exceptional and all very friendly. My two children and I have stayed at this hotel for many years when it was a Hilton, it was their favourite hotel and pleased to say it still is we had a wonderful 3 night break, it allowed us all to relax and spend some quality family time together.

I liked everything.

The room was well made, tired looking rooms, poor standard of maintenance. The bath didn't work only the shower. Also the deluxe room you get bath robes but if your a family you don't and you have to pay more at 10 pound a robe. Last room booked was a deluxe at 85 pound, this room cost me 120 for less. Not a big deal but didn't take our own as this is not mentioned anywhere. The leisure facilities was a vast improvement with the gentleman working on Saturday,he was efficient and helpful. The facilities are tired with lamps not working in the steam room and sauna. The flooring around the pool is very slippery. I slipped over 3 times. Other than that it was nice and warm and fun for my family.

Excellent weekend break for my daughter and I. After a long flight, parking's an excellent addition to the experience 👏. I opted for early check-in, kept in touch with reservations and all went without a hitch. Food from the restaurant 👌. We had bar and restaurant service. I suggest booking a reservation at the restaurant as they do have busy periods to avoid disappointmemt. My daughter used room service to order a dirty burger and boyyyyy oohhh booyyy it was humongous. Let's talk about the gym, 🏊‍♀️, sauna and steam rooms. Unlike some reviews, the facilities worked. Many thanks to Benu, the housekeeping staff that serviced our room. Excellent work. 🛌 🛌 was comfortable not too hard or soft. I appreciate housekeeping staff as I too did that job many moons ago. Management, staff very professional. They were manerable, easy to talk to and went above and beyond to help where they could. Our stay was a breeze. I had such a good time I extended my stay for another night. Thanks Orida 🏨. Will definitely be seeing you again

Lighting somewhat limited. Could be improved.
