Our experience with the dinner and breakfast service was exceptional, with attentive staff who remembered our names, adding a personal touch. The servers were fantastic, taking the time to explain the dishes and making sure we had everything we needed. My partner and I also enjoyed the sauna, and the reception staff were very helpful in guiding us there. Unfortunately, because we only stayed one night and didn’t book a therapy session in advance, we missed out on that. However, as kind gesture, the hotel allowed us to check out a bit later.

Unfortunately, we were unable to access certain amenities, such as therapy sessions, because we didn't book them in advance as part of our hotel stay. These sessions tend to fill up quickly, so it would be helpful if the hotel could reach out to new guests to remind them about availability and encourage early bookings.

Good restaurant and bar food, good room service, lovely room with a very comfy bed, we didn't want to get out of in the morning. For our evening meal, our Waiter, Joshy was fabulous as was the food. And all staff. My partner had a couple of elemis treatments on the second day, which she said was good value for money, while I used the spa facilities. You can use the spa even after you check out at 11.

Although the breakfast food was good, the buffet style doesn't really sit well with the rest of the experience, I think it should be table service to match the class of the rest of the hotel stay.

It was one of our best stays! Our room was lovely, and the hotel felt quiet and peaceful inside. And the staff are amazing! The receptionist, waiters, cleaning of course. Seems that I’ve missed this level of kindness, gentle positivity and professionalism - I would be glad to meet them again!

I’m autistic, so we asked for a more quiet room, and we received a kind letter that we can be reassured that we’ll get a quiet room. Maybe it was one of the quietest rooms, we don’t know. But it was right next to the stairs, and I heard people walking behind the doors at night, and steps also radiated to my bed - so my first night wasn’t easy, And unfortunately it appeared that there’s a noisy road nearby. I know it won’t be a problem for somebody, it’s just quite a big deal for me, especially when we wanted to escape noises of London.

room was good, clean and spacious, breakfast was excellent, had a meal and afternoon tea in the restaurant, food and service were very good. bar was fine and the cocktails were very good. EV charging on site was a relief and even better it was working ( unlike a lot of hotel changepoints. So I didn't have to go searching for a changepoint before setting off back home.

Not easy to find, perhaps that was just my Satnav as it took me all around the perimeter of the hotel down single track roads to the rear of the hotel, which was the service entrance, before I eventually ended up at the main entrance. Didn't try the spa so couldn't comment on that but all in all a very enjoyable stay,

Breakfast / Dinner was lovely, drinks too.. Partner had a brilliant massage and was very happy and we both enjoyed our time there. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, could not fault a single member we came across.

only thing of note would be the room we stayed in was ever so slightly dated and had a few things in the bathroom and room tatty or broken but didnt cause an issue. The room was also extremely hot at night with no fan anywhere in sight which meant neither of us had the best sleep.

Staff were friendly, food was good, bed was extremely comfortable, they very kindly gave us a room upgrade as it was our wedding anniversary. The spa facilities were good and treatments were fantastic.

Some of the decoration was a bit tired, breakfast experience was inconsistent, some days service was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble, even juice brought and poured at the table, others it was more fend for yourself buffet style. Food was always very good just found the variation in service a bit odd.

We have just returned from one night with you, this was our first visit as a family of 3 (2 adults and a child) we often visit brandshatch circuit but this was our first time with you but definitely not our last. Michelle at reception was so helpful and friendly as well as Debbie that I spoke to during the booking process. We had a gorgeous room we couldn’t fault it in anyway. Very clean, very quiet and peaceful and the beds comfortable for all of us. We dined in the bar in the evening, the food and cocktails were amazing! we thoroughly enjoyed breakfast too! We also used the pool and found the entire stay enjoyable and can’t wait to come back again, our daughter didn’t want to leave either! Thank you for looking after us x

Nothing we didn’t like

The staff were extremely attentive. The hotel was well maintained. And the lawn games added the extra bit of fun in and made this hotel my most enjoyable stay over other hotels.

The portion sizes in the restaurant were a little on the smaller side, but still tasted amazing. On the main , half a carrot and 1 piece of asparagus each.

All staff were attentive and very professional. Room was clean, bathroom was good. I didn't have a spa treatment because i went with my two daughters and treatments are for 18+ only but it being elemis, I'm sure it would've been great. The spa facilities were excellent. It's good that you can usr the spa facilities even after checking out. I will stay again.

It would be nice if they could offer some treatments to under 18's perhaps to 15 and over.

Fabulous hotel! Everything was perfect 🤩 The room, the food, the spa, and the staff just amazing, so friendly and welcoming, and would do anything to make your stay the best it can be!

Nothing to not like! and if there was one thing that could be possible and that would be to make the bar area slightly bigger, but when it’s not so busy it’s just perfect!
