Right next to a busy road but you couldn’t hear it from the room. 20 minute walk to the O2. Great breakfast and comfy room. Had a fridge and nicely decorated. Downstairs was also nicely decorated (bar & breakfast area). Very nice staff.

Felt slightly unsafe walking back to the hotel at night where it was all over grown crossing the road. Make up mirror didn’t work in bathroom, reported this on check out as bathroom lighting was very dark. Bathroom was small and smelly (drainage issue?). No water in room. Told you only got water if you had a premium room - would expect water at the rate we paid.

We were going to a concert at the O2 so it was superb and the walking route was completely lit up so it didn't feel worrying but was through a bit of a construction zone/industrial area. The staff were phenomenal and actually upgraded our room which we weren't expecting and they were really friendly.

The bathroom wasn't untidy but it could have done with a real deep clean. The window in our room was also cracked on the outside but with double-glazing it was ok. There is slight noise from the road outside but nothing horrendous.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant from start to finish. The staff member who welcomed us at check-in was extremely friendly and made us feel right at home. The location was ideal for our trip to the O2 Arena—absolutely perfect for attending a concert. The hotel itself was clean, well-kept, and very well organised. Our room was a decent size, nicely equipped, and spotless. I had requested two single beds prior to arrival, and this was arranged without any issues and even acknowledged again at check-out, which showed great attention to detail. Overall, a very smooth and enjoyable experience. I’d definitely recommend this hotel, especially if visiting the O2.

We stayed for an event at the O2, with our French Bulldog, Lunar. The staff were so lovely and very helpful, they made us feel very welcome! Our room was very comfortable and clean, despite as few minor issues like the unstable tap and the very hard to open, squeaky window. We even decided to stay an extra night, and the member of staff on reception helped us with booking this and even let us stay in the same room too. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we will definitely be staying again for any other events happening at the O2!

I wasn't expecting much (for the price), but this hotel surprised me! The decor was fresh and modern, the bar and restaurant were lovely. The room was spacious and had everything you could want. The bed was super comfortable and the staff were very friendly. It took us 20 minutes to walk to the o2, so it's ideal if you've got an event at the o2. Bus stop just across the road so you can get a quick bus to the nearest tube station.

Check-in was very slow. The 2 staff on reception worked at a snails pace and didn't seem to know what they were doing. There was a long queue of guests wanting to check in (5pm), and after a long day in london, we just wanted to get to our room.

Got all the basics you’d expected in a hotel — kettle & coffee/tea, phone, desk area and decent bathroom. Was nicely decorated too, as was the lobby, bar and hallways. The TV had a lot of channels as well as the option to stream your own content which was a nice plus! We only stayed for one night so we didn’t interact with the staff too much other than check in but they were absolutely lovely when we did speak to them. Shower was lovely and comes with shower gel, conditioners and shampoo.

The room was very tired looking in certain areas (peeling wallpaper under the television and the toilet was cleaned but still had a build up grime in it) and the coffee table wasn’t usable as it was too wobbly. Could definitely do with a little TLC. It was also very cramped considering the price we paid and that it’s not in central London.

Property seemed pretty new, was very inviting, lovely decor around the hotel and in rooms. We booked a standard room. It was lovely but we stayed for 3 days and I found it very small. That’s just me, I like a bit of space. Also quite dark in the room as no light except bed side above the bed. All staff very accommodating and very lovely and helpful. I would definitely stay again, I would personally book a bigger room. No complaints whatsoever just observations from my perspective.

There’s nothing not to like.

I really liked the establishment and the facilities overall. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I appreciated having a refrigerator in the room, and the bathroom was fully equipped, with great water pressure in the shower.

That said, there were a couple of downsides. The pillows were too soft for my liking, and unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t work—or at least we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. The place is conveniently located near a bus stop, which is great, but it was too hot to walk anywhere comfortably.

Loved the decoration, the cleanliness of the bedding, quality and size of the towels and the size of the room. We asked if we could have twin beds and you provided them 😀.

The door of shower cubicle did not close properly and the seal was missing from the bottom of the fixed panel so the water leaked onto the floor (room 303). The shelf under the sink where the towels were stored was loose so could not be used to store any toiletries. More shelf space would be helpful in the bathroom and a mirror and better light above the desk area.
