Professional staff, abundant delicious breakfast, pleasant room, cleanliness. These are the first things that come to mind about the accommodation. They welcomed me hours before the scheduled check-in time and did not charge me extra for it. The staff is very helpful. They are worthy of the **** star. Thank you.

After checking in, there was a very strong chemical smell in the room, but after a thorough ventilation it was fine. The wifi signal only reached the door of the room. after that, it was no longer possible to use it after one step. But these are not major problems. Rather, they are just small things.

The room was spotless, felt new, and had everything you need for an overnight stay. The breakfast selection was great. The staff were very kind.

The hotel is located right on a fairly busy regional road leading into Mostar. This can be convenient depending on the nature of your stay, but it’s not the most charming location otherwise.

The stay was super comfortable, with a supermarket, a large plaza and some eateries across the road. I would rate it a 4 star too! We loved every bit of our stay, would have been a 10/10 if the location would have been slightly more central. While it’s only a 10 minute drive from old town, the walk is a good 45 minutes. Besides, since taxi’s are usually not available during peak season, you might be in for a bummer. The hotel staff however was very helpful and ensured they someone get us a private taxi (on the meter) to commute. Overall no regrets at all - we wouldn’t have been able to find a better property at this price closer to Stari Grad.

So close to the mall, markets, city center, restaurants etc. Also they have parking spots with security cameras. There is a gas station and car wash under the hotel which comes in handy when you travel with your car. Breakfast was delicious, and a huge thanks to the lovely receptionists and housekeepers who were all so kind, friendly and helpful. Definitely worth the money and thanks to them we had a great 3 night stay in Mostar! ♥️

The hotel was very clean and spotless The room was huge and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, kind, helpful and attentive. They changed the bath towels daily and cleaned the room every time we went out. There’s free parking The air conditioning worked perfectly, which made the stay even more comfortable Highly recommended!

It’s far from the city center, which made getting around inconvenient

although there is a restaurant they didn't provide beer

This very new hotel was so clean modern and comfortable I was shocked. So well designed and convenient location. has a supermarket across the road, has KFC what works till 11 PM, has a gas station next to it. Aircon is amazing and easily adjustable. It's perfect if you have a car as its not centre of the city.

I would have preferred black out curtains. The curtains let in a bit of light.

The location and how clean it was

Breakfast so so. Nothing special. Hotel is on a main road with a lot of traffic and attached to a petrolstation. The breakfast room is in the coffee shop of the petrolstation. My room was very quiet, well isolated ,spacious and clean. Staff on the reception very polite and helpfull.

If you don't have a car, it's a little further out and will need a taxi to get to Old Town. No swimming pool 😞
