The staff at the reception were particularly helpful particularly when we were trying to use the underground parking near the hotel. As the parking was closed when we arrived they made their best in order to find a way for the parking staff to open the garage door for us. We really appreciate this! We also liked the fact that there is a small cafeteria inside the hotel where we can have coffee and snacks as we hadn’t booked for the hotel’s breakfast option.

Everything was exceptional!

We had a very comfortable bed(we had a very recharging sleep in it) and comfortable pillows. Modern bathroom. The TV was big and very well positioned relative to the bed so we could enjoy watching the Euro 2024 final. It is very well positioned, close to the train station and the old town. The room was really quiet due to the fact that we had an extra door separating the sleeping room from the hallway leading to the bathroom and the exit. We've enjoyed also the small square in front of the hotel.

The sleeping room furniture seems a little outdated. It would have been nice to have a fan in the bathroom to evacuate the accumulated heat after a shower.

It’s a good hotel in nice location underground car park with access by lift up to hotel reception is very useful. Rooms are good and nicely decorated.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here, every about the hotel is good, the indigo restaurant though could be improved , too many types of food are being offered and it feels pre cooked and reheated, which results in drying food out or burning it. A smaller menu of nice freshly cooked food would be much better.

A nice thriving hotel with a good bar and outdoor facilities/cafe and clearly catering to the bike scene which is a good thing. Nice finishes and touches throughout , a very generous good bed and reasonably well located in walking distance [unless you are not good at walking] from all the sites in Girona. Walking distance from the Train station.

The biggest gripe was an AC which defied my logic in how to make it cooler as it seemed to default to 23 deg C all the time which was way too hot for us to sleep. A small misstep with one room card that required the front desk to reissue it. The outside of the hotel screams 70’s or 80’s which is a minor point.

the room was big and very pretty, the bathroom was like a spa. The parking was easy to get in and out of and we got a discount with the hotel. We arrived late because of bad traffic and the onsite restaurant was so good and convenient. I wish we had more time to try more food. The breakfast room was so pretty with beautiful views of a garden out of every window. The food at breakfast was excellent.

I can't think of a thing we didn't like. We arrived late (our 6 hour drive took 12 hours because of the farmers strike closing the highway between Spain and France). I wish we had more time to enjoy this hotel.

The hotel is in central downtown Girona and within walking distance of the old town area. We chose it because it is a short walk (400m) away from Girona Train Station. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and allowed early check in. The Twin room and bathroom were large enough with a large desk/table area. The L’Occitane hand wash, body wash and shampoo was a lovely added touch.

Location. Friendly staff in reception and cafeteria. Umbrella by the door was very useful in thunderstorm and heavy rain. The main restaurant had previously received some unfavourable reviews on Tripadvisor so we were a bit wary when we booked dinner however the reviews were wrong as the food quality and service were both excellent

Needed a bit more hanging and drawer space for clothes

Great breakfast. Lots of choice. The hotel was in the perfect position in between the city and the station. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable rooms. Nice restaurant with good quality food and very reasonably priced. Overall a very nice hotel. Would have no hesitation staying there again.

Excellent location with a short walk into the old city over the river. Positioned in a popular, modern square with the main road into the city. Bedroom and bathroom were large. Staff were extremely helpful. The food for dinner was delicious. There were comfortable areas in which to sit

When it rains, many bars/restaurants are closed in the old city. Some restaurants do not open until 8.30 pm.

Easy location, convenient parking, good restaurants, quiet at night and dog friendly. Plenty of shopping and restaurants close by and convenient to a park for the dog.

A little farther from the old town than I like, but the rooms are so nice it was a decent trade off for me.
