Located at the edge of the commercial area of Lawas but the town is walking distance to most part of the town. Very convenient to explore the town from the hotel. Love the interior and color choice of the hotel and it makes it feel exclusive but budget friendly at the same time.

some design details have seen some wear and tear but it's a small matter that can be fix with a little attention to detail.

Quite a good room size for the 3 adults. Easy to locate the hotel and quite conducive to stay. Comfortable bed and very near to halal cafe, just within 1-2 min walking distance. Comfortable mattress too.

The air conditioner was not functioning properly - full blast but still minimal coolness and producing a disturbing noise ?? servicing time. The hotel does not have in-house restaurant for room service or preferably to have breakfast.

- good location - the boutique hotel is very clean and well maintained. The deco at the lobby area is aesthetic - free parking space available in front of the hotel - complete facilities (towels, toiletries, coffee and kettle, iron and ironing board, tv etc..) - got hot water in the shower

- the rooms are not soundproof at all, you can hear sounds/voices from the neighbouring rooms

Located is excellent with yummy café next-door and various shops nearby, this new hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality, most importantly super fast Wi-Fi speed!! Price is affordable too! The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is tastefully designed and loving the whole ambience! Overall experience was awesome!! I'll highly recommend this hotel to those on business/work trip. You wont regret, just be there!

The location is just nice although no breakfast in the hotel

Unfortunately the room without cupboard and fridge. These 2 items are very necessary to be available in the room.

The boutique hotel is at central. Close to everything you need. Can tell that the hotel is very thoughtful, even though it is a small boutique hotel but the service is at top notch. Got hot shower and lift. Free parking also. It is close to many restaurants.

The room was comfy and clean. Our kid liked it there and fact that mini marts and cafes are within walking distance was a plus! We just hope there's a lock for more safety.

We were stranded and ended up at this hotel. Fortunately, we really like it so clean and we want to come back.we like the room and the bathroom is spacious. Love it! The hotel staff were nice as well! Unfortunately we didn't manage to take any pictures 🥹

Too much sunshine entered the room because some of the curtain hook not hooked properly, so i do get some sleeplessness because of it

They are relatively new and the place looks very clean. It’s also quite central and everything is a walk away. Good place to stay.
