The staff is AMAZING! Not only are they super helpful and professional, but they are very welcoming, accommodating and nice :-) The rooms are very spacious for NYC and we highly appreciated the welcome snacks, as well as water bottles & coffee caps being offered every day. The location is perfect, just 15min walk from Times Square & with subway very close by to access any other areas of the city.

Everything was perfect. There is no breakfast BUT there are plenty of restaurants in the area. I highly recommend The Smith just in front of the Grey Dog just behind, they both offer amazing breakfast options.

Beds were not super comfortable, bathroom door wouldn’t close which is awkward and shower door is unlevel so also opens no matter how often you try to close it. The water didn’t get past just warm which was disappointing after running the marathon. The cost for the room for two nights was more than entire weeklong vacations I’ve taken so that was very painful for me.

We spent a week staying at this wonderful hotel as the main part of our 3oth Anniversary Celebrations and what an amazing stay we had. From the second we walked through the door we knew we had made the right choice for our stay. A huge thank you to all the team including Christian, Lazaro, Zaia, Jesus, Anthony and Mike who were always ready with a welcome, smile or to answer any questions. Our room on the 10th floor was just perfect with a huge comfortable Kingsize Bed (at least Superking in UK bed sizes) and a fantastic view of The Empire State Building as well as the streets below. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay (including good quality coffee :)). The location was also perfect and just a couple of minutes walk from the subway and less than a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. There were a number of restaurants and bars nearby as well as fantastic Gelato Cafe. There is an excellent supermarket (Fairways) less than a five minute walk away and also great deli's (Sunac Deli was great for breakfast rolls and bagels). Madison Square Park is just a couple of minutes walk away and it is perfect for people watching or sitting on one of the loungers or seats to have a morning coffee and breakfast roll whilst watching the world go by. In terms of location, hotel choice, room and staff we really couldn't have asked for anymore for our perfect trip to celebrate our milestone Anniversary. We would just like to say a huge thanks to the whole team at The Broadway Plaza Hotel for helping add to such a special trip where we created so many treasured memories along the way.

It was absolutely perfect

After initial correction and giving feedback that it is very unprofessional to enter the client room, when it is locked from inside the management of the hotel stepped in and send a very nice bottle of wine to say sorry and made sure I had a pleasant stay

I felt unsafe in the hotel as many times even when having do not disturb sign on the doors I had people knocking to my door and once when having shower the cleaning person entered the room, even when it was closed with the internal lock from inside. That was an experience I never had in my life.

Great location, very clean, quite room, comfortable bed

Most of the stuff at the reception was rather incompetent and not motivated, the only helpful person was Lazero, but when he was not there, nothing worked. We had an issue with the payment: we said right away we want to pay cash, the receptionist confirmed it is fine, and then asked for a deposit on a credit card and booked also the amount for the stay we intended to pay by cash! We then paid by cash and are still waiting for the release of the stay payment from our card. At the check out we were told they have no trace of our cash payment, and we had to prove we are not lying… very strange and unfortunate experience with the stuff.

The hotel is in the most perfect location and you can easily walk to all the attractions. It is on a road called Broadway which runs all the way through the Manhattan area so very easy to know where you are. The hotel is exceptional and our family room 407 had a view of the top of the Empire State Building. It was an exceptionally large room and beds were super large and comfy. We couldn’t find a fault with the hotel and would recommend to anyone visiting New York. Thank you to Gaston and Cris and all the other staff as well for their kindness, helpful and friendly greetings in the front desk. We would definitely stay here again.

No on site restaurant. Mamazul only had a C rating from the board of health. It doesn’t instill confidence

The view of the Empire State Building from the 13th floor is unbeatable. The room was clean, spacious, and appeared to be newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable, and we always felt well-rested after a good night’s sleep. Housekeeping deep-cleaned our room every day. Noise from outside wasn’t really an issue on the 13th floor, even for people like us who don’t usually live in big, noisy cities. The hotel smelled great and has a beautiful little lobby with comfortable sofas and chairs. The staff was helpful, always smiling, and very polite. They even gave us a bottle of champagne because our internet connection wasn’t working. Overall, the experience was amazing.

- some more hooks to hang the Towels in the bathroom would be perfect and practicall to Use them more often - Some hooks to hang the Jackets would have been nice too
