We stayed one night after climbing Mt Fuji and found this hotel an excellent choice. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The public onsen inside the hotel was the best thing after the climb. The rooms was of decent size and had all the facilities required with comfortable beds. We were also lucky to have a room which had view of Mishima Station with Shinkansen flying pass and Mt Fuji in the background. We purchased the buffet breakfast with the room and the breakfast was simply excellent, good mixture of Japanese and Western styled food.

Nothing.

Great facilities. As someone from Australia who has never experienced Onsen and thought I would be too nervous but egged on by my 12 yr old daughter we plucked up the courage and went and experienced it. This coupled with the massage chairs and free ice blocks were a great way of spending an evening between our Mt Fuji adventure and catching the Shinkansen back to Tokyo the next morning. The staff were great and ordered a taxi for us to get to an Easter Sunday Mass at the local Catholic Church when I was unable to get one with the Didi app Convenient to the station .

I loved the massage chair ! The breakfast was nice. The small drink and icy pole after the bath was nice treat 💓

Couldn’t see the Mount Fuji from the female bath on the top every time. They should change the male and female bath every day for equal view. It would be nicer if they have latte and cappuccino on the coffee machine.

The location so close to the main station/bus terminal and the city center is perfect. The room is modern, well-equipped and comes with a comfortable mattress as well as a nice bathroom. The SPA area/Onsen bath in the 12 floor is so relaxing and has great view at the Mt. Fuji. They offer so many free amenities such as ice cream pops, massage chairs, midnight ramen, welcome snacks and many more. The WiFi was fast and reliable. The staff was friendly and helpful, even allowing us to check in a little bit earlier.

The breakfast buffet has almost no vegetarian options

Staying at a Dormy Inn is a great experience. The rooms are compact but have everything you need, including loungewear you can wear in the hotel. There are separate male and female onsen areas with views of Mt Fuji. The female onsen had an indoor pool, small outdoor pool, cold pool, sauna, and plenty of showers, lockers and hair drying areas. There are also coin operated laundry machines in the onsen areas. There is a communal relaxation room with massage chairs overlooking trains, which was great. Really loved the free popsicles, Yakult drinks and late night ramen. Can see why the Japanese love Dormy!

The rooms were clean and quite spacious. We were able to view Mount Fuji from our rooms when the sky was clear. The room was cozy with comfortable bed. Free ramen was provided as supper at night. The onsen was good with free ice-cream provided. The washing machines were free of charge. There were plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. Although the breakfast costed additional JPY 1800 per person per day, I found it's worth the money. The breakfast was tasty and exquisite. It was a good experience with Dormy Inn.

The coffee machine at the lobby was spoilt during our stay.

Location was great. My room (813) faced Mt Fugi and the shinkansen tacks. You could have a cold beer and look at the trains. The hot spring baths view on the top floor was superb with the town, Mt Fugi, shinkansens etc on view from the bath. Mishima is a great place to explore and keep walking to see after you see the gardens etc. I walked through many neighborhoods and saw many wonderful, shops, houses, parks, canals, local people. Keep walking....!

I was happy with everything there. The hotel is a little less updated than other Dormy Inns but great.

we are glad we spent one night in Mishima as a family of 5. The location nearby the train station is practical. We had a nice view over the city. We loved the public onsen on the top floor. You can do your laundry free of charge and the kids loved the ice cream that is available from 3pm. We can recommend the breakfast in the hotel.

A big hotel next to the station. Onsen. Good breakfast. Lots of extra nice things for free (dinner, probiotic drinks, ice cream without limit).

Very hard to get twin beds even in advance Girls in reception where quite confused being simply told that 2 people from our group are not checking in because they haven't come and we had to wait for a long time for getting our keys for some mysterious reason

The bed and pillows are soooo comfortable. I love the onsen and location too

Didnt get a great view because of low floor. And parking was a little hasslesome. Had to buy overnight parking space with payment upfront (not on tab), get ticket, then go back counter to get it verified
