This is our second time as a family of snowboarders and we plan to return next year. The hotel apartments are high up and you will use the funicular to and from the village. Kids enjoyed that. It takes only a minute to get to the small parade of shops and restaurants below the hotel. More of those in the main centre of the village that you can easily walk to (5-10mins) over the bottom of the slopes. Le Crets Hotel is quiet at night and calm in the day. No partying or rowdy late nights here, which was great. Didn't need to contact staff once. We parked in the underground car park for an extra €95 for the week - watch out as the ceiling is LOW, get a ground floor spot if you have a tall car. We would not advise going higher as the ramp ceiling can catch you out. There are small trolleys to help get your stuff to the rooms but you'll need a euro coin. You can park on the roads nearby but there may be a uphill walk. Kitchenette doesn't provide ingredients which is fair, so bring a few normal basics inc butter, milk, salt and pepper, oil, herbs. Oven/microwave a bit weird but fine. Kettle, toaster, coffee pod machine, large fridge, small freezer shelf, 4 ring electric hob. They provide small bottle of washing up liquid, 4 x dishwasher pods, cleaning cloths, small hand soaps and 2 dish towels. All cutlery and plates, kitchen knives, glasses, bowls, pots and pans provided and all ikea-level quality and good. Also, bring more loo rolls - you only get 2. We watched netflix via our own HDMI cable attached from our laptop (no casting available). We suggest bringing a travel speaker for music. Shower could be stronger but fine and always plenty of hot water. Their linens and 4 sets of towels were fine for the week. If only they had a sauna or pool ;) We stayed in a 6 person apartment overlooking the courtyard. Perfectly fine, will be back. Not as luxurious as they'd like to make out, but I get they need to sell it well.

The single beds are not very wide and so you'd have to turn slowly so as to not fall out. We brought our own pillows (theirs were fine, but very soft and square). No heaters on in the ski boot room so we took our snowboard boots, helmets and gloves to our room to get dry (In April there was slush so much wetter boots). Other than that the place was great.

The staff were excellent, very good customer interaction in both French and English. The property was well laid out and the space never felt cramped. Excellent 24hr lift access to the town level and super market. Bakery orders were cheaper than in town and very easy to make and collect from reception!

It is not situated where it was advertised as being on Booking.com. It might have changed or been our lack of checking beforehand, but it was marked as being in the centre of town (next to the Office de Tourisme) on the map in booking.com, when it is actually is more like 200-300m from there to the SE. The ski-in/ski-out is a Red run, so not suitable for beginners or less confident intermediates in our group. Both the above were easily solved by the 24hr lift that goes from the hotel to the town level, with a short walk.

it was clean and comfortable. it had everything we needed. There were 3 of us. The Apartment has 2 single beds and a bed settee. Both the beds and the bed settee were very comfortable.

it was a little small but we didn’t mind too much. Also they said they would email us codes for late check in. we are still waiting for the codes to be emailed. We received the codes after a lot of stressful phone calls. We were very lucky that they answered the last call as the airplane was about to take off. we had to persuade and insist that the codes were given over the phone (which they were opposed to do). I persuaded the girl in the end and if I had not we would not have been able to check in which would have been a complete disaster at 1am in the morning.

Direct access to slopes from the apartment doors was excellent. There is well equipped kitchenette including the Nespresso machine. All necessary services (e.g. local shop) was nearby, within 5 minutes reach. And, in addition, a great view from the balcony. There is a pleasant staff to help in any situation - just call them.

Maybe a bigger parking would be nice. However, there is a possibility to park at the door for 2 hours to off/upload the car and the public (free of charge) parking is close and reachable via 24/7 lift.

Great beds, lots of space, beautiful view and nice to be able to ski in and out.

Arrival by taxi meant carrying our bags up 4 flights of stairs. And it was quite debilitating when the lift to the village didnt work.

The apartment met all our needs. Kitchen well equipped. Bathrooms good and location close to the ski slopes.

The single beds are extremely small.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Sun side terrace.

The reception was not permanently manned throughout the day.
