LOCATION: You leave the hotel and after few steps you are in the old city. FOOD: Very good breakfast with rich choice of fish, sausages, food for vegetarian. Breakfast restaurant on the top floor with glas roof with side view on the Frauenkirche. PERSONAL: Very friendly and wanting to help. Big thank you to all staff at reception. PRIVATE UNDERGROUND PARKING: Rare in this part of city. In case you want to grab something from the car, you just reach the underground floor with the lift instead of running to public parking 'nearby'.

There is some potential for improvement of situation of handicapped people at Suitess: a) No handle above the bathtub. No emergency button or other method of calling for help in case the handicaped guest stucks in the bath tube, b) Room with some stairs inside w/o having iformation about it in the room description Additionally in the 5* hotel I would expect more care about details (rocking table at the restaurant)

The location was convenient for me.

There is elevator and the steps are narrow, and there is no staff at all to help you out. The text message help desk is like a chatbot and administrative and not helpful in getting issues with the room solved. Delivering messages to the cleaning people is the full extent of what they will do. When you get no help they will tell you they have conveyed the message and there is nothing else they can do. Zero guest service. You are paying for a number locked room in an old building with a very curt and administrative remote super. The bed was unusually uncomfortable, and all of the pillow cases had yellow stains. A heavy metal towel hanger on the bathroom door dropped on the floor. Overall photogenic but unsafe and wonky and unpleasant.

Sina, who works at the front desk of the Hotel was Probably the most hospitable professional and smart person we have encountered at any hotel. And we travel a lot !!! On this current trip we have stayed at 8 hotels prior to our arrival In Dresden. There was No one we can compare Sina to ! She was delightful and a Bonus for Hotel Suitess ! Thank You. We Loved the hotel, our room and location. The breakfast was also very good.

No wash clothes in the bathroom and towels were quite thin & small. But this is not unusual in Europe. Our room was on the front of the hotel Overlooking the plaza and the windows Were EXCELLENT AND BLOCKED ANY AND ALL NOISE OUTSIDE.

This is so far the best hotel we have stayed in Dresden. Nice to treat yourself for a special event. If you’re lucky or have some extra budget - get the room with the view of Frauenkirche and the square. It is good spot to just seat and do some people-watching. For cold and rainy days there is sauna on the upper floor… as well as fancy Moritz restaurant. Perfect location for Old Town sightseeing or Opera visit. Very comfortable beds and pillows… and pleasant quiet so you can relax.

One thing - the wine glasses could be better

The hotel was amazing. Very easy to find, they had valet parking! The rooms were quite comfortable and large. Beds were dreamy! The lobby was beautiful and a great place to sit and relax while having hot tea and a cookie.

I assume you could take this as the staff was making sure everyone was safe but after we got back from a days outing a member of the staff followed us to the elevator telling us we needed a key to use it - making us feel like she thought we were trying to break in and not trust us? A little disappointed in that.

An excellent hotel all over. I prefer family-run places, and this one has an excellent team, location (view towards Frauenkirche…) and facilities. The rate will depend, but frankly it is almost a steal. Whst isn‘t that common is 24h sauna, so ecen after a looong day you can unwind.

Nothing really. Except: As the location is as central as it gets, utility trucks may be around Frauenkirche in the morning. Who needs backwards beepers and who was ever saved by them…?

The room was so spacious and comfortable. It even had 3 TVs, one in the living area, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom! The bed smelled like flowers and helped me sleep comfortably (although I did not like it that they had put two single blankets in a king bed. That was odd). The location is perfect as its right in the middle of the old town. For the nights you spend in the room you will live like a king. Disclaimer: I did not use the gym and fitness center so I can’t comment on those.

The breakfast was pretty average but very expensive. Also if you stay for several nights you must be aware that this hotel does not have a proper lobby with lobby bars and restaurants like a real 5-star hotel. Their lobby and bar is beri small and honestly I never saw a barman there. Not an issue for most people but just so you know!

I actually booked the hotel because I saw the review that the beds were excellent. I had to ask the stuff the help with the mattress and they did. Sina was fantastic and professional

The view. The window looked into the back which was in a circle where 4 or five rooms meet. When you look down you see the reception transparent roof. It was not fun 🤩

Great location, just off the main square in the old city, close to the river. Walking distance to all main sights in the old city, tram is just 3 minutes walk. Room was clean and comfortable. It was very hot when I was in Dresden and having an air condition was very good. Nice rooftop for a drink. Spa is very small. Breakfast is good with typical variaty of german hotels.

Very central to all the touristical locations like Frauenkirche, Zwinger, Elbe River as well as shopping malls.

We have been made aware when checking in, that there are reconstructions in the building during the day, which was OK..but we had one night were there was quite a lot of noises on the street and in the building, it was at 2am....the staff apologised for it.
