The room is clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The receptionist was very friendly, welcoming us with a warm smile and helpful attitude throughout our visit. One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor hot water bathtub next to the swimming pool. Even during cold weather, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience to soak in the warm water while taking in the fresh air and peaceful surroundings

The breakfast did not meet the expected standard for a 3-star international hotel. There were only a few varieties available, and the selection was quite limited. It would be much better if they offered a wider range of options to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences

Very friendly staff fluent in German. They have 4 dedicated EV charging and parking supplemented with solar power. The onsite restaurant that serves till late into the evening also made it very convenient. The staff were also extremely friendly and even gave us a parting gift that really made our stay a 5 star experience.

It is a little walk to the old town, not too far, about 10 mins. The hotel has no elevator, so if you have a large suitcase, you may want to ask the staff to help. A electrical outline by the bed would be nice

The location is great! Close to the train station and the citadel. The room was very spacious and the bathroom very modern. Clean! The restaurant was delicious! Most staff was very helpful and nice. I recommend and would stay here again!

I was looking forward to a massage, which I checked both on Booking and the hotel website to make sure it was offered. However, when I went to the reception to ask about it, the lady (who was not very polite) had no idea what I was talking about and said that massages weren't offered, only jacuzzi. Again, not what it says online. But other than that everything was good.

When we arrived we were told we were upgraded to a better room with a balcony which was very nice news to arrive to. Everything was clean. The staff were very friendly and communicative and spoke a few languages. Our room was spacious, with very comfy bed, balcony had a great view at the garden with the pool.

Small shower in a big bathroom. The pool and jacuzzi were open only between 10 and 9pm. I would have liked it to be open all the time. And when we got to the jacuzzi they just cleaned with chlorine which was unbearable to sit in. But without it was it all lovely and also lit up for night.

The water in the pool was a bit cold when we were there and it was deep, 1.7-2 meters. So if you don't swim you'll enjoy it a bit less. Wifi was a bit weak and we had some trouble monitoring our little one sleeping in the room while we were on the terrace.

A great place to stay in Sighisoara. It's maybe a 5 minute walk up to the old town, but here you get to stay with modern comforts. There's a lovely pool and so many loungers, plus a bar area. I think it's the most spotlessly clean hotel I've ever been in. Rooms were really comfortable in a modern block. There's also a handy cash point attached to the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel is very clean and superb facilities. Food was excellent and staff very helpful and friendly. Location near to old town perfect. Room was very large and stylish. Hotel has great facilities whilst still being not too big. Would recommend staying there to anyone visiting Sighisoara.

Cleanest hotel ive been in a week trip in Transylvania. It is in short walking distance from the old town. Breakfast was tasty

I ve found some of the personal unfriendly. As a guest i think it is nice to get welcomed and not stared by two men with crossed hands on their chest.

Luxury hotel within walking distance to beautful old town. Large, very nice and comfortable room with high class decoration in classic sfyle. Good price. Free parking. Breakfast à la carte (because there were few guests); I had English breakfast. Dinner was also good.

We would have liked fruit and yogurt / cereals with breakfast.
