The location was excellent 💯. The beach is just a 2 mins walk from the property. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is very helpful and professional. We had a great time and will visit again.

The pillows were a bit sloshy and the housekeeping should improve specially the cleaning of Bathrooms. The switches need to be fixed as there were no regulators to increase or decrease the can speed. All were either broken or not working. The breakfast was decent and the staff was excellent

I liked the easy beach access and the staff hospitality. Sameer attended to is for room service it was impeccable. He was friendly and cordial, informative and tended to our needs no matter how many times we called for room service. He was excellent! Even the other staffs at the reception and the girl who initially took us for room tour was very polite, friendly and with a smiling face. thank you for making our stay so comfortable.

The facilities could have been better like TV wasn’t working, geyser didn’t work. Also, the beach view as mentioned on booking.com app wasn’t as promised. The room had partial sea view which was little distant as there was another plot in front of our room view. I uploaded a pic of sea view from room balcony which is visible but after much zooming.

Located at one of most happening area having ample of restaurants cum club. Rooms are constructed in a aesthetic manner. property has two pool one exactly backside of the reception area. And the other at the valley side. Couples should opt for Casa Star or Casa luxury rooms.

Rooms need to be renovated especially the bathrooms. breakfast had limited options. May be been little slow season the options may be less.

The location is ideal. 2 mins from vagator beach and the staff is friendly and accomodative.

The fact that the rooms start first and then the reception is way inside. Too many stairways going up n down to the restaurant, pool, reception and exit. Restaurant needs to be cleaner with more options for breakfast all kept on display, rather than asking the waiter everytime and he then makes food appear! The restaurant staff needs more training for general courtesy and promptness.

Individual house with pool view, very spacious room and bathroom and tasty breakfast. Also, they offer airpor transfer at an affordable price.

No hot water (only warm) and located next to a beach that people say is poluted.
