Good location, near to the historic centre with smaller, more local shops and services and close to the waterfront with lots of restaurants. Despite it being near some party venues there was zero disturbance. The room was spacious and comfortable with an (unexpected) small balcony. The AC was the best I've experienced in a hotel, and there were other nice touches. There is a roof terrace with a very small but nice swimming pool but perfectly adequate to cool off in. Parking was excellent (we went out in our car frequently) and access by road was surprisingly easy. We didn't sample the breakfast.

The location was just perfect right in the heart of Limassol with the marina and old town walking distance away. The room was very clean and makeup/cleaning services were provided everyday free of charge.The bed was very comfortable. The coffee capsules were a treat refilled every day. The balcony was lovely overlooking the city. The service and staff were super. Zoey was an amazing help. The reception had a beautiful candle smell all the time. Parking was available which was great and necessary for one with car. The rooftop pool was the icing on the cake. Everything was super and I would definitely repeat.

We liked the location because it was in town and easily walkable to the seaside, beach and to meander around the side streets. Lots of dining options nearby, including an upscale food court called “The Agora” just two blocks away. Room was large. Bed comfortable. Great shower with plenty of hot water. The balcony combined with a deep kitchenette sink made washing and drying laundry very easy, Bring your own clothesline and clips if you dry clothes. Coffee maker with unlimited coffee pods provided daily. Also has a hot pot and tea bags. Unlimited free bottled water..just ask reception. Room was very quiet. Room cleaned daily with fresh towels as needed. Swimming pool was small but ok for a cool off. Good hair dryer and soap, lotion and hair conditioner was provided. Friendly reception staff

We would have liked a 24 hour reception. Our delayed flight arrived at 1 AM and check in was a bit confusing with no one there. Be sure to check your Booking.com message center for after hours check in. The buildings around are covered with graffiti but we always felt safe on the street…it just gave a bad first impression especially with the late night arrival. The kitchenette has mini fridge and two burner stove, but no microwave. There were just two large pots for cooking, no frying pan or spatula so cooking eggs wasn’t possible. No paper towels, sponge or dish soap but maids wash dishes in the morning. No maps or flyers available at front desk. The advertised “city view” room was just the back side of nearby apartment buildings.

One could not ask for a better location than in the middle of the old city, with its historical buildings, shaded streets, lanes, buzzy bars, cafes, restaurants and attractions such as the Castle and beach promenade. Double glazing on the windows keeps out any noise at night, and the airconditioning is effective. The room was comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Service from reception was friendly and helpful, and we were upgraded to a family room.

Our room faced on to the garage and other buildings, which was a bit disappointing, but inevitable I suppose in an inner-city property. Parking your car in the garage requires access to mobile calls, which many travellers do not have.

The room is ultramodern, has a small kitchen and bathroom. Everything was new and clean. There is a small swimming pool on the building that is available to costumers. Really one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in. A lot of the appliances are electronically controlled. It just gives a note of elegance.

The location is very central and there is a small road leading to the building. When we left, our taxi did not want to go on the small street and asked us to come out to the square nearby. This is not really an issue of the apartment, rather the taxi agency, but be sure to ask about it.

I stayed at Alinea Primo Historic Center for 5 nights with my parents. My mother is disabled and we used a wheelchair and a rental car. We received outstanding assistance and service: Adjacent parking, spacious room, and daily room service. Everything was clean and tidy. The hotel is in a relatively new and modern building and is located within walking distance of the beach, the old port, the castle, and the marina of Limassol. Thanks to Demitry and Tony for the personal treatment throughout our stay at the hotel, which also included recommendations for trips and good restaurants in the area. We enjoyed every moment and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Limassol.

Nothing. Everything was excellent. I'd say that we didn't order breakfast which the hotel offered and served to the room for an extra charge of 10 Euro per person. We ate breakfast outside the hotel every morning.

+ Gated/ covered onsite secure parking and we were able to leave our car there after we checked out + lovely modern room + large shower head + great roof terrace & pool + Brilliant central location - lots of restaurants nearby + great staff & very helpful - they gave us a beautiful complimentary anniversary cake and bottle of prosecco + lovely restaurant nearby + modern and beautifully styled building + slippers and dressing gowns and rooms service cleaning when required + safe in the room + Smart TV with some English channels

Minor things that didn't affect our stay. I consider these 1st World problems :-) + place to hang your bath robes + Induction hob...would prefer a microwave

Amazing !! Amazing !! Amazing !! The price was very good, the rooms were very spacious even too spacious 🤣 I think this is the best room I have ever been to as it had a nice balcony on each room..I have to say that Constantine my friend and the best service we got from everyone it’s a big wowowowwow it’s like a family ❤️❤️❤️ they spoiled us too much and I want to go there again very very soon 🔜 I can recommend that this place is the best place to be also great location !!

The location is excellent. .The room was really specious and everything was new. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave the hotel... Breakfast you order from the room and you receive it to the room in the hour you want. plenty of good options for 10 euro

.The only disappointed thing is the pool on the roof Don't count on it. It is really small and the sun bedding next to it was really dirty
