The room was lovely, large comfortable bed and great location in the resort (room 209). Staff were really friendly and knew what drinks we wanted by the 3rd day! Pool was large enough and had steps down which is excellent for someone with slightly limited mobility.

Every night someone knocks at your door with new beach towels, a weather forecast and vouchers for breakfast the next day. They come anytime between 5.30pm and 6.30pm. I think perhaps just stating your room number at breakfast and picking up towels from the pool area yourself would be less invasive

The beds were extremely comfortable and soft! The pool was clean and well maintained even when used by several guests daily. The mocktails specifically the mango tango was delicious! The location was excellent and a stone throw away from the beach and yummy food!

There was a particular member of staff at the front desk that was not very friendly (I did not get her name). The clay jars used in the showers are impractical because they are slippery when handled with wet hands. I broke 1 of the lids and had to fork out 100k to replace it. Another lid was not broken or chipped by me but my honesty in showing it to the lady upon check out cost me more money.

Wonderful resort. Quiet and Calm right on the beach. Lovely pool and gardens. Very helpful staff. Rooms very nice, I was lucky to get an ocean view from the bungalow, and extra bonus. The beach is great and possible to sit in the shade and enjoy all the water activities. Great breakfast and nice happy hour. No yea restaurant for dinner, but totally fine since there are lots of great options on the street just outside.

Loved the feel and look of the resort - loved all the palm trees and greenery, the thatched roofs on the bungalows, the great sized pool and the resort’s vicinity to the beach. And there were so many birds! Just lovely. Kristy, the resort manager, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable - my wife and I were allocated a lovely room with beach views, there was a bottle of bubbles on arrival, some hand-made chocolates and a small birthday cake. Incredibly sweet and generous

- The Vietnamese food we ordered at the restaurant one night was disappointing. - The flat white coffee I ordered was scoldingly hot, the milk used was not up to par (the only local milk that works is Da Lat) & there was no microfoam as you would expect (just a small thing but as an Australian, we have high expectations when it comes to coffee!).

This was a dream holiday ! Breakfast was delicious in the restaurant overlooking the sea, staff so welcoming, friendly and helpful, beautiful grounds, peaceful place of rest, lovely pool and beautiful room right next to the beach with a shaded veranda ! - such an idyllic place to celebrate our wedding anniversary !

We liked the beachfront restaurant - the food was very good and the view amazing - an improvement to the menu though would be a greater selection of cheaper Vietnamese dishes which would probably attract more guests to eat there in an evening.

Everything. Staff was attentions and always smiling. Room was perfect. Breakfast was good. Beach was kept clean (they remove trashes during the morning).

I liked the connection to the beach, friendly staff and the reception staff were very helpful. The gardens around the hotel were well maintained and provided a very tranquil environment, just what we needed. We had a wonderful New Year's celebration at the hotel that exceeded our expectations. The owners of the hotel were present during breakfast, making themselves available for friendly chats. Great to see the hotel's beach clean up initiative happening one morning.

Staff was universally available and excellent - great service. Minor problems were addressed immediately. The grounds are well-laid out and beautiful. The pool is large and clean - lots of chaise lounges and umbrellas (and perfect temperature). Happy hour 5:30-7:30 pm with cocktails 1/2 price.

Bartender was not proficient in making good cocktails. The beach is not groomed and so there are significant shell, seaweed, detritus deposits on the beach, along with deep black stains from …? The water was very rough when we went and not suitable for swimming. Restaurant food was ok for quality, but the breakfast was bland and boring. Mosquitos were present!

Paradise on earth! Amazing green territory, welcoming staff, room is equipped with everything (water refilled, safe, umbrella, slippers). Breakfast by the seaside where you can find both Vietnamese and European meals. Was quite empty early September, which was also nice. Definitely worth visiting.

Nothing disappointing

We stayed in the superior rooms. The rooms were very spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the garden. The staff gave our family rooms next to each other which was nice.

Appliances in the room need to be upgraded. The hair dryer felt like a toy. The electric pot didn't seem very clean so I ended up not using it. Also, the fridge wasn't very cold. I also found the pillows a little hard.
