Location. Cannot get better. Very very cosy and warm and has one of the most comfortable beds in a hotel that I've encountered. Very well thought out cabin with shelves, wardrobes, fridge, tables, hooks, shower,. Absolutely optimised the space and doesn't feel cramped at all. Breakfast at the new bistro/restaurant was excellent. I'm glad they've shifted the breakfast to the new shopping market instead of the earlier place near the office.. Very polite and happy staff who greeted us and briefed us about our stay.

Picking up and returning the keys is a minor inconvenience as the office/Dropbox is located a little in the opposite direction from the way to the rooms from the bus stop. Not far (only about 500m) or difficult, but in case of poor weather and heavy suitcases being lugged around, can be a bit of an inconvenience. Since there's always room for improvement, the ability to pickup/drop keys from closer to the rooms would make this place even more perfect than it already is.

I liked so much the coziness, the comfortable atmosphere, the sauna, and the breakfast very much!! Also loved the breakfast it’s so good!! But around 9:30 it is very crowded so be warned! And guys at reception were so funny and friendly enjoyed them a lot

I wasn’t satisfied with the cleanness. Inside the kettle was little dirty in one room and in another room it was clean. Fridge is not so clean, but usable totally. And bathroom, some parts were not the cleanest. But it’s okay. There was little stain on the bed sheets, though it was very small. So just those small things I didn’t like but it’s tolerable.

The log houses are so cozy and comfortable, spacious, clean and warm as well :) There's a fridge and kettle with some tea and coffee. We stayed in an ensuite room , and we were so happy with it. It was also quiet, we didn't hear any noise from other guests. We were also able to use the sauna, which is very good and well maintained. The slots are booked for each room, you can't choose, but the slots vary each day, so if you can't make it in one day maybe you can on the following one. The houses are very well located, within minutes to the supermarket (which is big and has a lot of things) and to all the restaurants, 20min easy and pretty walk to the down hill ski resort. There is also the ski bus that takes you to the ski resort, but don't know how often it is, we just walked. The breakfast was a buffet in a restaurant in the shopping centre, a couple of minutes walking from the house. It was good and diverse, with options for all the diets :) Transports are also very easy , with the bus stops very close. The closest to us was the Holiday Club bus stop (less than 5min walk) . We were very happy with this accommodation and truly recommend it !

There is nothing to dislike! I would suggest adding a hairdryer to the room, maybe it can be asked in the reception for one if you need one :)

Comfortable, very clean, sufficiently spacious, available parking at the entrance, beautiful and charming decoration. The breakfast was good, available from 8h30-10h30 in a restaurant 200 meters away. Wide choice of foods (cured meats, smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, yoghurt, pastries, bread, varieties of coffee, tea, juices etc).

A simple log cabin in the heart of Saariselka. An on site sauna which can be used privately at certain allocated times. Breakfast is at a close by shopping centre (refurbished).

The check in is abit complicated. You have to go to a shopping centre to collect the keys which can be confusing to identify the location as google maps doesn’t track exactly to point.

the wooden style of the room was so interesting

there was no housekeeping to clean the room everyday, there was no little facilities like adapter for 3 pin plug. when I was arrived the lady at the night shift didn’t give me enough direction of the room. she just told me turn left and go straight and gave me the picture of property. imagine that was my first trip there and wasn’t familiar with the location. after 45 minutes of looking and sweating with pulling a large suitcase and other bags in the dark and snowing night I have found a restaurant and pub nearby and asked them to give the direction. the restaurant’s chef with warm welcoming took me out to the location and showed me the room. I think improving the customer services would be amazing for that.

The room was very nice, with all wooden walls and typical accessories. It was really nice having sauna, although there is only one and access for single rooms are at specific times. Breakfast was good and various.

We didn't meet anyone from staff, keys were left at an office not far away. It took a little bit to look for our place because there were no clear signs on the different buildings.

Very clean and cozy accommodation, very warm. Well located, you have access to all restaurants and meeting points with tourism companies very easily. We loved our experience in the private sauna with hydromassage. 9/10 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Awesome place to stay! We had a very cozy twin room in a beautiful log house. The location was great: the house was surrounded by other small houses and appts, so there were not many people around, and there was a feeling of privacy. A very nice breakfast was served in a building close to the house, same where the check in and out were, and same where the market is. The room was well-equipped, pleasant to stay. Sauna was available in certain hours and was very good and clean. The cross-country ski tracks are just behind the house.

The keys and lock took us some time to figure out. CARD KEY would be a good upgrade for room and main entrance.
