Very good quality of the room, excellent bathroom, overall very clean and comfy. Picturesque surroundings around the object. Nice staff though some of them doesn't speak english and constantly try to communicate in italian even when they know you dont speak it. Excellent price/quality ratio.

Lack of proper signing when it comes to where the B&B actually is in the building, I accidently entered private living space of the owners family. Typical Italian breakfast, though it could be enriched by some more non-sweet foods such as eggs, cold cuts, sausages and so on.

The breakfast was fantastic, the host lady is really caring and makes you fresh coffee! The rooms are spacious and well equipped. They prepare the breakfast fresh for a previously agreed time and assist you with local recommendations for restaurants. Although they don't speak English, we had a normal conversation with her instant translation app.

The location is a bit further than on the map. You need to take the gravel road and drive all the way to its end. Its easy to find after that on the left (second house).

Everything was nice, as expected! Great breakfast, special requests were possible. Room was clean and comfortable. AC was very helpful in mid summer. Location is also good. Host is very nice and accommodating, helpful, if you need anything.

Host only speaks Italian (but it worked out fine).

Awesome staff, very nice lady. She did not talk English, but we were able to communicate without any problems. She recommended a restaurant nearby where we even get a discount. Large room with large bathroom, AC working perfectly. We had a breakfast prepared on time we chose and they made us very good coffee. We can park in the property so no worries. You can watch animals in the garden. It was about 35 minutes by car to the garages on the Venice Island. Thanks again for an awesome stay.

Only problem for us were bugs, but you're in nature, so it's normal. Everything was awesome.

Absolutely fantastic breakfast, kind hosts, and nicely equipped rooms. Our room also had a mini fridge and a TV with streaming services, such as Netflix.

The room was a bit too cold when we arrived in November, but with the AC we could easily heat the place up fast.

We liked the breakfast with home made pasteries, the room and bathroom were clean and nice and the lady was very kind. At night the sorounding was very peaceful. We understand only a little italian and the lady doesn't speak any english, but we managed to communicate just fine.

There was sliding door to the room (with a key), so the noise from the hall can be heard. For babies they do not have a cot, only a small bed, so we had our own cot.

Peaceful place on the countryside, lovely host who doesn't speak english but makes up for it with google translate and gestures. Lovely room and nice facilities in general. Amazing restaurant recommendation from the host

Nice apartment, nice quiet place.

Asphalt road ends a few hundred meters before the house, thus the car covers with the dust fully.

The host was very nice and helpful, she bakes very good pastries. The room was big and the place very quiet.

Me and my girlfriend had an amazing time here. Amazing place, friendly host, delicious pastries for breakfast and the best tiramisu I have ever eaten. I would recommend. 😁😁😁
