The size of the single room was appropriate. Everything was spotless, from the room to the different places in the hotel. Loved breakfast, with good coffee and wonderful bread. Actually, the carrot and seeds whole wheat bread is the best that I've eaten ever! Another plus was the free coffee or tea available all the time. I can only mention positive things about this small well-located hotel.

Staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. The room was a good temperature and we were able to open the window. The bed was comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. We hired bikes from the hotel which were reasonably priced and were able to leave our bags in the office after check out so we could spend the morning cycling before our train in the afternoon.

Wonderful words can’t describe.. the stuff was amazing , the two stuffs at the front office ( Patrick and the other guy i didn’t get his name ) was so welcoming and kind 10/10 the hotel was spotless was really clean same as the bathrooms

The bathroom was in the middle of the hallway but it wasn’t really a big deal

I had such a cosy neat and lovely room, overlooking a nice corner of Münster. The room was spacious with good furniture and a sink. Light was good, well placed little lights. Bathroom was brilliant and there were several, so no problem that i shared it with other guests. Friendly staff.

I would have liked a kettle in my room. But I assume that it is against the German law. One could make tea and coffee downstairs and take the drink to your room.

Great location: easy access to to promenade, train station, and city centre Staff were excellent and shared bathroom was clean and there were three available on the floor Nice to have a desk in the room for work

Pillow was thin, the hall way floor can be a bit noisy if your a light sleeper but I didn’t find it a problem

We arrived after a long trip from the UK having caught the ferry from Hull to Rotterdam and then driving to Muenster. We were greeted by a very friendly staff, who made us feel very welcome immediately.

Everything was perfect, although there was a 'gig' across the road at one of the pubs on Sat. evening, and it was very loud afterwards with those gathering outside on the street. I guess this is the risk of staying in the old city, and the staff at the hotel couldn't really do anything about this.

Comfortable, clean hotel in an excellent central location. Very good breakfast and problem with Wi-Fi quickly resolved by a friendly staff member

Advance information about need to check in on time on a Sunday as Reception is not manned after 7pm and you need a card key to access the building. I did receive a text which meant I was able to check in before 7pm

We celebrated our 10 year anniversary and had a couple from Luxembourg invited. They had a wonderful stay and the event was just next door at the Turngemeinde Münster. The stay was very pleasant, nice rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommended hotel and location!

Excellent location, everything about the stay was easy and the value for money was good.

Perhaps the hotel could offer tourist related trips and insights.

From the moment I stepped into the Hotel, I felt at home. The receptionist was very welcoming and informative! The single room though small (to be expected!) had everything I needed, and was beautifully remodeled! The breakfast was extra, but worth the price.

That I could not stay longer!
