The location is perfect, ski in / out when conditions are right, only a short walk to the chair lift that takes you up and down to the plaza, or 15 mins walk, the staff are fantastic, and the room was pleasent.the breakfast is what you'd expect.

In this day in age, I would expect a safe in the room to keep your valuebles safe, I did ask the staff if they could look after my passports etc, which was not a problem.

Very close to the slopes. Nice rustic Spanish ski lodge feel to it. We were spring skiing, but when a lot of snow you can ski right to the lodge.

Pillows were very uncomfortable. Need to replace or provide extras as they are flat like pancakes.

Basic but clean rooms with view over mountain. Good breakfast buffet and lots of apres-ski atmosphere.

Leisure furniture on terrace most uncomfortable for any lengthy use albeit obviously weather resistant.

Friendly staff, great location when you understood the transport options to get on the slopes. There was a large school party staying, on the whole there wasn’t too much noise.

The friendly and welcoming staff in all departments, the direct access to the slopes, and the sunny terrace to enjoy the fabulous views with a refreshing drink

The hotel caters for school parties and this was reflected in the type of food offered, particularly in the evening for diner. Whilst there was a lot of choice, pasta, meat , fish etc., it was mostly rather bland and the meat dishes were mostly from the cheaper cuts of meat.

rooms are nice, access to slopes is great and staff are really helpful

quite a lot of school children staying in hotel , dinner times were a bit hectic although staff managed it well

Great breakfast, reasonable prices at bar, ski hire on site efficient. Warm, cosy hotel. Way better than expected based on reviews read before booking.

Boot rooms pretty cold and damp. Not hotel's fault, but ticket machines for parking nearby are frustrating to use. Would be good if breakfast started a bit earlier on weekends-

We had breakfast and dinner included, and both were amazing. Great bar downstairs, TV and several lounges that can be utilized by guest to play games. Hotel near the slope, ye sadly at the time we were there, it didn't have enough snow.

Loved having a family room when I only booked a double. Lots of choice at mealtime. Warm and lots of hot water. Parking only €10 a night. Parador chairlift only 250m away.

No pool, no kettle, no bath, no safe, mattress hard. Mealtimes were extremely noisy and stressful with 100 schoolchildren pushing to get their food first.
