The staff were really helpful and responsive, they gave us recommendations of what to eat. The hotel itself is quite centrally located, just a few minutes to some great bars and eateries and very close to the nearest mitsui mall. They even helped us to call for a taxi to the train station on check out.

No laundry services on site, but luckily there is a local laundromat within 5min away. The shower needs a bit more ventilation

This little hotel is cozy and lovely. Despite the super convenient location with walking distance to almost all of the tourism spots, the environment is quiet. The staff are super lovely too! My family and I enjoy the stay so much! Not to mention the room is very big

Wifi connection not strong

The hotel was down a quiet lane. Staff were helpful when I discovered our room had no window. They were able to offer a much larger and brighter room for an increased cost.

Nothing really but it was too bad that the coffee machine in the sitting area / cafe wasn’t available for morning coffee.

Good location, comfortable bed

Ugly room windows. Covered with some kind of film so you can’t see anything, but there was water between the film and the glass, like in a plastic bag. All bathroom floor got wet after showering.

The hotel was in close proximity of Tainan TRA and near major shopping area like xinguang sanyue and some other attractions etc. The hotel is along an alley. No direct car access, you have to stop by a nearby street and walk-in. Hotel was clean and quiet, the room I booked was the only room on that floor.

The need to ask for room cleaning and if you forget, the room will not be cleaned.

Efficient and helpful staff, spoke good English. Good breakfast, clean comfy room, close to station and lots of eating places

Only window was in bathroom and frosted glass, room was black and grey so was a bit gloomy.

Location is easy to find. Room is clean and comfortable. Service is exceptionally friendly. Nearby in 5 minutes walk to 7-11. I would recommend to stay here and I will come again.

Large room, nice bathroom, comfortable bed. Could walk from trainstation. Close to restaurants, shops.

Space downstairs (Coffee shop?) didn't seem open or like guests could sit there. Room had window for natural light- but it was frosted - so no view.
