Great room, very clean! Friendly staff. Nice hotel, wish we'd stayed longer! Breakfast in the morning was a plus too. Very enjoyable!!

Absolutely stunning room finished to the highest standard - truly beautiful. The lovely lady on reception even brought down a little birthday treat to our room - very thoughtful!

We got an early wake up call from the exercise class in the building next to the hotel around 8am. Normally wouldn’t have been an issue but we’d been up in the night with the little one so needed every minute of sleep that morning. I completely understand that this is through no fault of the hotel, it was just a bit loud and the combination of the bass and the woman’s voice shouting was annoying first thing. The bedroom vanity could do with a light source as it’s completely useless in a dark corner - same for the bathroom mirror.

Industrial apartment for 4 worked well for us as we were at a wedding in the Venue next door. The noise from the wedding went on well past 1am what with movement of equipment etc afterwards so bear this in mind if you want to sleep earlier than this. Next morning a gym class is noisy too, again didn't bother us but be aware. Brilliant black out curtains and very comfy bed.Very clean but I did find someone else's dirty old white sock under our hanging rail which had been missed. Dee on reception was a gem and very helpful. Would I stay again? Yes, and so would my companions. My daughter loved the trendy style and lighting, but I wear glasses and thought it would be beneficial to have a light over at least one mirror for putting on makeup.

We were getting married at the venue next door therefore we stayed in the bridal suite. The room layout and decor was gorgeous. Every room was different and unique. The night of the wedding we arrived back at the room to find love heart shaped towels and petals on the bed and a bottle of Prosecco, we which made our experience extra special. We would definitely stay again.

The only thing that we would recommend is having some sort of option for breakfast. Been in a rural area you are very limited for breakfast especially if you don’t have a car.

Perfect for families with the kitchen in the rooms. Interesting building and decor.

The sofa bed was not comfortable possibly ready for replacing. It would have been nice to be told that there was an event taking place with loud music until 12am. I know we couldn’t do anything about it but it’s just nice to have heads up especially with two small children.

The rooms were spacious and had plenty of amenities. It was very clean. Reception staff were lovely when checking in. Lots of car park spaces.

Woken up at 8am by loud music coming from a nearby gym on the grounds - would of appreciated the additional lie in following on from a wedding but the loud noise was unavoidable.

Amazing facilities for a wedding party and beautiful quality suite.

Minor points - the Bridal suite could have done with a few more plugs - the hair and makeup team had to reorganise the room. No blinds or curtains in the dressing room - fine for a stay in Winter but wouldnt be great at 4am in summer. Not much equipment in the kitchen.

An absolutely perfect stay, the staff are so friendly & helpful & everything was amazing. All the extras such as snacks basket & water bottles in the fridge were such a lovely addition. Only down fall is the sofa bed, wow is that uncomfortable- the person staying on that had no sleep due to how uncomfortable it was!

Absolutely gorgeous property, great facilities and fab location.

Unfortunately on entrance to the apartment there was a very strong paint/chemical/toxic smell. We left for an evening out of food and drinks and thought the smell may subside on return but was still very noticeable on return. Although this didn’t spoil our stay it was definitely something that had an impact and we feel needs feeding back.
