Great location and big hotel area, made us walk more between kids club, main building, water slides especially after eating! Staff helpfull and polite!!!

Cleanness of toilets could be improved, nothing too bad, but way for improvement! Bar personnel in couple bars was looking not friendly and cocktails made improperly ( had to ask to add lemon every time to gin tonic pr mohito)

I liked really our dedicated sales manager Margarita she was so kind and nice that she was messaging me on Whats App even before we arrived to ask me do we have some special requests or anything similar then during our stay she was taking care of us always showing an interest is everything ok and most importantly helping us to get a special food for our daughter when she was sick. Also receptionist who helped me to call the hospital that night when my daughter got stomach virus was really kind and supportive. The hotel itself is really nice and looks luxury inside but rooms definitely need serious renovation. You can eat all the time because there are so many places where you can find different types of food and deserts

If you are not Russian you will be in a problem because the whole stuff speaks only Russian few of them speaks English. And they are all supposing that you are from Russia and they are automatically speak to you in Russian and that’s super annoying. Breakfast was always the same dinner almost always the same as well. The main pool is so warm that we got ear infection from it because it is a good base for all types of bacteria. Rooms need serious renovation especially bathrooms.

My first time in Turkiye for a beach vacation and it was great, I would recommend it. The staff is absolutely wonderful, very helpful and supportive. Best guest relation so far. My compliments to Margarita and her whole team. The food was also very, very good. The separate BBQ corner is amazing, I really liked food from there. Plenty of things to try, many salads, many meals, many desserts. The SPA area was ok, nothing special, quite decent, but the massage services were extremely good, highly recommended. There are a lot of activities during the daytime (sports, games etc) and occasionally in the evening (shows and concerts). Close by is Göynük park, a cool place to spend a day. Hope to come back one day.

Sometimes it gets a bit noisy, the sound isolation is not so good.

- too much rude Russian guests (95% were from Russia) - the stuff uses automatically Russian language, even if you speak English

Great choice to spent your vacation with your family, friends or even as a solo traveler.We are very thankful for free upgrading of our hotel room to Family room(special thanks to Jakup at the reception,i promised not to forget his name,please tell him!))Huge thanks also goes to Margarita (Guest Relations Manager) for her hospitality!She was ready to help us from the first minute of our reservation!The whole entertainment Team was absolutely amazing!They were trying to make our stay even nicer (various concerts,kids shows etc).Amazing photographers Team(Rashid) who became our good Friend and also whole watersports Team! Tremendous and thanks one more time for your hospitality!Amazing and very tasty food, various of dishes,man couldn't even count so many!)We are completely in Love with everyone there and looking very much forwards to return there as soon as possible! The sunning deck has some wood that are dangerously broken and needs some treatment. The ladders that used to go in and out from the sea are all aluminum or some kind of shiny metal are very slippery and needs to be covered with something that will prevent slipping.

They upgraded our room to a villa upon check-in. This a very nice gesture from the reception staff as we had plenty of space and privacy.

The slotted shading on kids' pool (shown in property pictures) was removed. Our two years old would have appreciated some shading to make his pool experience more enjoyable.

Pretty much everything was worth the value. Animation team is awesome, facilities are exceptional. Service is great.

1 malus, no other : The Shawarma guy in the Snack Pool is awefully disrespectful. He surely should not be in hospitality business..

Great location with variety of good foods. Swimming pools, beach, entertainments, everything is awesome. The staffs are wonderful. @Dorin, you are amazing. Thank you for being very kind and helpful. Wish you the best for the brilliant journey you have just started. Go for it!👍😉
