Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron/ironing board. Excellent location away from the commercialism of Destin, still close enough for the famous beaches! Tiki bar on the right, seafood restaurant on the left. Smoking rooms on the 3rd floor which were properly aired.

The room looked great when we arrived. I did not expect the amazing view we had, beautiful view of the bay! This wasn't expensive at all compared to other places we could've stayed. The TV is big enough to be able to see while resting at night. We did not go down to the restaurant next door (The Shack) because we were busy, but it was always packed and is right on the bay! They have a little board walk that had picnic tables on the water you could sit at. The pool looked clean, it is pretty small.

The bathroom doorknob in our room (312) did not work from the inside. If you shut the door all the way while using the restroom, you would be locked in if you were alone. Luckily, my partner was there and could let me out, but I had to yell and wake him up the first time it occurred.

I booked the room on booking.com. When I got there they couldn’t find my reservation. I showed him my reservation number,my Name and had already been charged for the room. So I had to pay for another room (not what I had originally paid for) which costed more. After unloading everything in the rain into our room I called Booking.com. She called the hotel and within 5mins the hotel called us. They found our reservation and offered a new room.(what I had paid for) and we could move. We chose to stay where we were at. The hotel was very nice! It was clean and in a great location. Our room was cleaned every day and received fresh towels! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again.

Accessible off the main road, great price and great location. It’s between several nice beaches and really good restaurants. Pool was nice and the room was in really nice condition, looks like they’ve redone the rooms a bit. Water pressure was really good as well as the night time check in auditor Guy. One of the sweetest humans I’ve ever met.

Our ac unit kept going into some auto mode like it was turning into the fan mode instead of the ac but we just unplugged it and it worked fine. The vending machines were out of order but that’s not a necessity.

Traveled from Kentucky with friends, single and on a budget. The cost of the stay was very good. Rooms were clean and accommodating. My favorite was the pool! I loved the pool. It was very clean and felt great. We were only minutes from the beach and food establishments were all around, literally on both sides of the Inn. I recommend the Seabreeze Inn if you are looking for affordable prices.

Only complaint I would have is the carpet needed vacuumed or shampooed. Threw off the whole room. Other than that our stay was great! I would definitely go back again.

We have stayed here 4 times now, and always have a good experience. Check in is quick, prices are great, it is always clean, and The Shack is right next door. This is our go to stay when we are in town.

Everything! The employees were the best all of them! It’s so clean and they are very attentive to your needs from them! We were there for 7 nights and everyday they would come in and only grab trash and straighten the room up and leave tons of clean bath towels hand towels rags and even cosmetic rags specifically for the women! That was huge! Plus all their linens are absolutely spotless and clean and new and fresh looking every time they change them out! They would also make our bed and I brought some of our comfort pillows and my blanket and they arranged them so sweetly as if they provided them for us! The room perfect and the location was perfect. We are most definitely staying here again in the future! We booked a 7th night through someone other than them for our room and they made certain we got to stay in our corner room and didn’t make us switch rooms! There was also zero noise from the bars that I kept reading about in the reviews!

Not much to complain about. I se people complain about the over flow parking but there are cameras pointing everywhere on this property so even the over flow parking spots are secure!

Perfect. We wanted a safe comfortable place to stay that wouldn't break our vacation bank and got exactly what we wanted. The owner Sean was outside when we showed up alittle earlier than checkin time. It's 4pm not 3pm like the website said but he made sure we didn't get an extra early charge as long as our room was ready. Great experience all around. Rooms were clean, bathroom and tub were clean. Which has been problems before at other establishments. Friendly people working. Pool looked clean even though we didn't get time to swim. Too busy at the beach a short drive away. Kids extra fee of only $10 a night if you mistakenly order the two person adult rooms. If it's under a certain age they is no extra charge.

We stayed it the sea breeze for one night. And what we paid for, we were not disappointed. The bonus part was that we were able to walk right next door to a restaurant and eat dinner without having to drive. And we were able to wait on the waiting list here in the comfort of our room. Recommend if you need a place to stay and you are on a budget.

We drove into Florida a day early. So we just needed a place to stay for the night. I do not have any negative feedback.
