The place itself was beautiful with lovely views and very cosy vibes. The area with some board games was great to play after a long day of hiking. The room itself was very cosy and clean and had everything we needed. Location wise it was very close to some great hikes during the summer and some decent restaurants and a few supermarkets. The breakfast was also great and very elaborate. They even had a milk alternative which was much appreciated. They also had in the afternoon a homemade cake as a snack which I thought was a lovely touch.

The only thing I would say is that because they are just small little rooms the walls aren't thick and you can hear others around. Luckily we didn't have anyone disturbing us late but with a family with kids who were quite loud we had been woken up in the morning a few times.

We spent two nights at Stella D’Oro while exploring Zakopane, and it was truly a lovely experience. The place was super clean, cozy, and full of charm - a really unique and quaint little retreat. The furniture and overall setup gave off such a warm, inviting vibe that made it perfect for a relaxing, romantic stay. The complimentary breakfast was beautiful and well thought out, and the property itself was so well done that we never needed to ask for anything - everything was smooth and accessible, right at our fingertips. We especially loved the little touches like the board games and Xbox, which added a fun and homely element to the stay. Overall, Stella D’Oro felt like a hidden gem - peaceful, comfortable, and perfect for anyone looking for a warm and memorable escape in Zakopane. Definitely going back soon. Highly recommend!!

It was a kind of fairytale: a nice wooden house in the snow, inviting lights in the windows...it was waiting for as, when we arrived.:-) Breakfast was tasty and sufficient, tea and coffee are available all day in the main building. The houses and the room are very clean, modern and goral-style at the same time. You can book a sauna and a jacuzzi. It was a superb stay, thank you! (In Zakopane we were in the thermal bath, it was a nice experience, but two things has to be mentioned: 1. there isn't any place to lay down to relax, only some beds are available in the whole area; 2. the saunaworld was under our expectations, too small to a so huge institution.)

It is in a beautiful area of Zakopane. The appartement has a very very cosy living room, where you can get coffee, cake, tea all day, while a very pleasant music is playing. This is very attractive and frendly. Anything I asked from the staff, thely could solve it. The members of the staff, the young boy or the girl is always doing something useful, baking a cake, cleaning the court. :) The parking place is neat and clean, all the apartements have their parking place.

Last time we had a 52 m2 big appartement, it was much better. No we chose a 42 big apartement, but it was much much smaller, and it is located not in the main "big" house, but in a smaller one. In the pictures the apartement looks bigger. We heard at night the wind, in the bedroom there was no black-out curtains, when the wind blows outside, you feel the air movement under the window. It was unpleasant and disturbing. Staff doesn't speak english or german and other forign languages, only polish, but they always very helpful, you can communicate with them by google translator.

Very nice people working in the hotel !! Beautiful breakfast with elements of traditional Polish cuisine. Convenient parking is included in the hotel price. Very nice interior both in common rooms and personal rooms. Fresh air and green outside. Quite at night. Convenient location - easy to get to Morskie Oko, which was the main goal of our trip :)

The floor covered with carpet was a little bit dusty, which was not very good for my allergy

Nice, quiet place. Location is pet friendly but need to pay taxes for them. The breakfast was good and there were multiple choices for the food. The restaurant area is very pleasant and cosy. Every room has the parking place reserved (very good idea)

Staff was nice but they did speak only polish so we communicated with google translate but in the end we understood each other.

I think this was the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. Not only was it beautifully designed, but it is also impeccably maintained. So much though went into every single detail. It has this homely Christmas vibe even in the middle of rainy autumn. The staff are friendly. It was absolutely perfect.

Very clean,big choice for breakfast,staff was always smiling and friendly,hot drinks and water free of charge through out the day.backyard for kids to play and a terrace to sit in. Theres jacuzzi and sauna for extra charge. Walking distance to Kasprowy vierch. Shops and restaurants near by.

Cottage were coazy and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and everything you need. Although the room was small, we felt just like in our bedroom. Breakfast were simple, but had everything for a great start of the day.

Could have had more places to hang clothes. As we were soaked by rain in the mountains, an had a lot of wet clothes, it was kind of hard to get them dry. I would think it could be even bigger problem in winter, after skiing.
